I don't think I'm wrong about nova. Even if I have the motives wrong, nova's defence is all about how my reasons for suspicion are bad, even while his behaviour itself and the way he has handled me comes across as worse than the original offence imo.
I agree with the point you are making, I just think there is enough reasonable doubt to give me pause. That, and knowing civ nova is also fond of OMGUS.
I'm not familiar with nova's meta. Tell me more about this. How well do you know Nova?
My current reasons for being more confident in nova is the way he is handling me feels like he only suspects me because I've put the heat on him, and not because he thinks I'm bad. The way he's handled me feels more damning than my original suspicion to me.

Tell 1: The Picture/Gif Tell (can also sometimes be called the music tell, as I use it on both pictures and music. Yes, I have in fact caught scum this way before.
DharmaHelper has used multiple Negan pictures. Subconsciously, I feel like people post pictures of villains see themselves as being the bad guys themselves. I actually did not finish watching The Walking Dead. I didn't really like Negan. Maybe if I gave him another shot he would turn out to be an alright guy, but my first impression of him made me stop watching the show. So at first, I didn't really think all too much about the Negan pictures as is it really right for me to judge Negan as I didn't take time to get to know him? But then DharmaHelper also posted a picture of Thanos. So either personally, DharmaHelper can easily relate himself to those 2 characters or subconsciously he's bad so he posts pictures of villains.

The data is a little limited. The first few games I played with him he was always bad, but he was always an extreme lurker. I hosted one where he would make more posts in BTSC than in the thread. Then at some point he decided to step up and start being active, and after that I've only seen civ nova. I assume bad nova doesn't lurk anymore either, but I don't have data.
Last two games where I was bad (one here and one in another site), nova read me pretty well. In the first one, I trying to push a lynch him him and he responded with pretty agressive OMGUS and kept tunneling on me until the end of the game. I could shrug off other players' suspicions of me, but never from nova. He kept latching at my posts and pointing out why each of them was fabricated.
So point is, civ nova does aggressive OMGUS, and that's the piece of data that could be relevant here. I need more time to really see if he looks like the civ nova I'm used to, though.

I expected Mac to say something more about me or shift his vote. He did neither.
If I wasn’t voting for nova, mac would be my next choice.
He claimed quietness and lack of engagement in two heads was sock-based. I’m sure there’s truth to that but I didn’t believe that was all, even when he took the time to log into the sock his play was much like this.

In hunkering down and reading Colin I've noted that apart from "Enrique bad" he tends to waffle on who he suspects and trusts. A weak Enrique vote and a sporadic nature don't ring civ to me, necessarily but I do suspect the people following such a dumb case more than the guy who made it.

In hunkering down and reading Colin I've noted that apart from "Enrique bad" he tends to waffle on who he suspects and trusts. A weak Enrique vote and a sporadic nature don't ring civ to me, necessarily but I do suspect the people following such a dumb case more than the guy who made it.
