Idk she didnt seem that townie lol but I agree she was playing to go deepMacDougall wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 9:23 pm I had Alison as lock clear in my solving notes based on her treatment of Seanzie and am stunned to see they were teammates because I only had her plausible mafia with a Rondo team that Seanzie is not on. I don't understand why she played the way she did and it implies at least somewhat that their team preferred Seanzie to die over Rondo. Which baffles me because it definitely didn't seem like Rondo really wanted Seanzie to die and Seanzie seemed to want Rondo to die. So ultimately I can only chalk it up to Alison was simply hard townsiding to go deep. If a town killed Alison I would consider it one of the best vig shots I've ever seen.

Do you have any incliniation as to how the last two would be or would it be complete shots in the dark?

Because if you have actual reason for a 2nd mafia team that 100% changes things.
and mac's solving seems legit and makes sense

What. A. Nerd.
Seriously creating overnight solving notes and then dumping them verbatim in a thread is such an OP way to just get cleared. If every town in a game gave up 30 minutes to make notes of real solving and dumping them it would break mafia or force wolves to do the same as a standard lol.Golden wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 11:03 pmIf Mac is mafia, I think this is the exact and only world that makes sense.Marmot wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 10:56 pmI am curious how/why the theory came about.Golden wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 10:49 pmIt appears he started considering it because otherwise it was necessary to townread me.Marmot wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 10:46 pmI was just about to ask what your Day 2 read of Alison was so I didn't have to check, thanks for answering preemptively :wowee:MacDougall wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 10:43 pm "God Alison is actually goating. LOL I'm sorry but Alison entirely owned me this game.
Did you think it was multiball before today, or did this theory just occur to you?
The last time I played in a multi-ball game in a closed setup, I was chopped as wolf Day 1 (this was in Fargo Mafia), and I made sure to tell the thread on my way out that it was multi-ball, in an effort to direct attention to the other wolf team.
I wasn't certain it was multiball, but we had a team of 3 wolves in a games of 20ish players, so it was a reasonable assumption.
If Mac has good reason to believe it, I'd like to know. I worry that Mac is trying to direct attention to "the other team" as a wolf on the losing team in an attempt to self-preserve.
But genuinely, it looks to me like he was really working on the belief I was soup mafia, isoed me and it found I wasn’t, then theorised multiball. To be that really does feel like Mac trying to make sense of the game, it’s a weird pathway to choose of soup mafia.
oh wilgy is lock town lol
Problem is I don't even look at the game over night except to catch up and decide where to put my powerMacDougall wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 11:26 pmSeriously creating overnight solving notes and then dumping them verbatim in a thread is such an OP way to just get cleared. *looks at Wilgy funny*
Let me be clear, I obviously didn't think she was towny because I exercised doubt on her at multiple points in day 2 and even went all ree at her for misrepresenting my case on Rondo (do y'all remember that, it was a whole thing that pissed Golden off etc.).Porscha wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 11:09 pmIdk she didnt seem that townie lol but I agree she was playing to go deepMacDougall wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 9:23 pm I had Alison as lock clear in my solving notes based on her treatment of Seanzie and am stunned to see they were teammates because I only had her plausible mafia with a Rondo team that Seanzie is not on.
