well to be clear, at the time i made that post, i did think that aro was town because the way he reacted to my push on him was out of character and overly aggressive in a way i thought was town indicative

but then once he revealed it was a reaction test then i felt less good about the townread because i realized it wasn't him authentically just getting angry about him pushing on me but him putting on a performance to make it "look" like he was angry, which i guess i read as less towny by default

so tbh i actually am rather torn on aro's alignment at the moment - i think his content has broadly been "fine" but dont really perceive him to have done anything particularly town indicative, and i think he's the type of player ill figure out more easily as the game goes on

i do also want to note that my only real concern about alison's posts so far is how she wolfread aro for his reaction testing being "performative" as though performative isnt the laziest buzzword of all time that doesnt really tell me anything about your actual thoughts behind aro's posts. felt shallow in a way that alison's reads typically are not, but i got the sense there was more behind her scumread on aro that she wasn't really explaining

I think reading rondo traditionally isn't how you do it. They were the mvp of the sorta recent king of the hill game and went from assuming villager to chad f5/f3 god

I think prob the most obvtowns to me rn are Neon / Alison. Then illario and spf I feel good about.

Nanook and Ender I felt good but its just a lean ig. Specially willing to reevaluate ender cuz vote on me + allison scumread.

Then Seanzie I might be inclined to townlean too, but want to read more of them and have a better hold of their approach if it makes sense.

Tilg/aro are my scumreads, most confident on aro. Pinged by Mac too but it could be just them having skill Issue and its better to leave them by anyways.

I think aro is the one I talked the most about in why I sus them. Tilg I was pinged by them (mostly their vote+not having a townping from them) , but its a far less confident read than aro

And to your question, I think it's a fair take to think that and I would lean Tilg as scummier over SPF if that's the case.

Also, it's funny, because I do agree with u that I have been underwhelming this game and I was thinking about it and why. And I think it's mainly because I haven't really found my place in the game yet and I'm sorting a lot of people and don't have any strong scum reads yet tbh. Like I am a town hunter but I usually have some scum reads I can rep somewhat strongly. I think there are a lot of different players here that I have played with and have experience, but meshing it all together might take some time for me and I realize that's why this game is a bit weirder for me than usual.

But I do have some decent confidence in the towns I listed earlier and will feel better about this game as it progresses.
