8-Ball Mafia [SIGN-UPS]

UPDATE: due to the high demand, I have decided to host two independent games at the same time with this setup. The first one is already filled, so if you wanna join the second one, please vote Yes in the poll.

Greetings! This is a setup I recently found in the MafiaWiki. It is aimed at only 8 players, with 48/24 phases.

The setup is:

6 vanilla townies
2 mafia goons

But there is one twist. Each Night Phase (starting Night 0), mafia must predict who will be eliminated/yeeted/chopped next day. If they get it right, they will earn their kill in the following night. If they get it wrong, they don't get to make a night kill. So, like in billiards, mafia must call which balls they want to pocket before they hit it.

So while mafia has a high proportion of players, they have pressure to eliminate the players they chose to pocket. And this creates an element of analysis for townies to take advantage of.

This game will start in the beginning of December, since I'm playing another 2 games right now.

I'm considering shuffling the two but I wonder if anybody signed up because they wanted to play with X or Y, so for now they are predetermined.

So I think I'm making two spec chats, one for each game, and whoever is playing a game is free to join the other.

However, both chats will be spoiler free, because I can't risk the possibility of myself or someone else posting spoilers in the wrong chat by accident. Not saying it will happen, but it's the kind of mistake that does happen sometimes.
