Which 3

Nonsense how

Best bet how
Pretty sure why
What's "so far" for you? Looking at anyone else?
The owner thing, the yun qui thing that made no sense because we were town, and the strange kill choice thing
Made up because they're not real tells
Nonsense because you don't have any real basis for believing they are mafia tells

Best bet because he looks bad for multiple reasons
Pretty sure because he looks like a potential Nova teammate, his vote and all of his posts have been extremely sketchy, and he hasn't done anything close to actual gameplay
So far meaning the case on him is stronger than anything else I've seen, but I intend to look more closely into timmer, juliets, Mac, Jay, soneji to name a few.
Which Owner thing?
Yun Qui Tell = Prioritizing game mechanics (House Cup/Ship Crew) over baddie hunting. TH used the Yun Qui's trust of him to prevent his lynch and nobody in the Yun Qui wanted to lynch him or mutiny despite me multiple times calling him out. Luna has prioritized House Cup Mechanics at least twice in this game, something DDL worried about happening.
"Odd Choice" Tell - Literally just quoted an example of TH using the phrase when he was bad.
---
Which reasons do you suspect Bullz is bad for?
"His vote looks sketchy" and "his posts look sketchy" "he hasn't done anything close to actual gameplay" = These are good reasons and I like them an thank you for sharing them
OK Glad to see you're not just focusing on the easy wagon, hope to see you explain and expand more on JC, Timmer, Mac, Jay and Soneji and not just have you toss these names out and forget the follow through.

If you mean "picture tell" thats her thing I didn't make that up, I'm just explaining that the way she used/explained it in Firefly "DH is bad because he associated with Negan and Thanos" is inconsistent with how she used it here against kara. It looks like she just wanted a reason to have a suspect.

Well at the moment I am most interested in Bullzeye, not so much for his vote for Nova because voting a no show on Day 1 has been accepted practice in the past, but more because he posted on Day 1 but his posts were almost all devoid of content. That doesn't feel like civ Bullz to me - he's an outstanding player.
I suck as a civ and take a long time to feel motivated, hence why I tend not to have much to say. I appreciate the compliments but I don't think your assessment of my play is correct tbh.
Bullz, most of my assessment of your play comes from that game (I've forgotten it's name) where you infiltrated my BTSC with OA and convinced us both you were on our side. You even had a fake civ role card. It remains the most brilliant bit of mafia playing I have seen in all my years of mafiaing. Maybe that helps explain my compliment.
I'm literally right here. :pout:

The part I'm most interested in this picture tell is this part:

"Well that's too bad because I wrapped your knowledge in teeth and fear."

Hagrid is generally friendly, but even in this sense he's like "too bad no can do"

In this picture, Hagrid is acting selfish/not caring about others.

Even though Hagrid as a character is seen as good, that does not account for the picture I'm directing you to, where it seems as though Hagrid is betraying his students.

Looking at the comic again, sure. It's pretty dark, and kara even implied later (jokingly or seriously I can't say) that they felt it was more about the Monster Book of Monsters than about Hagrid.

Why not? Did you read the comic? It was not at all a positive portrayal. I'm not saying I agree with Owner but I'm just saying that given her explanation of what the picture tell is it could make sense.
I read the comic. I also read Kara's "Oh come on obviously I'm the toothed book in this" post. Neither of which I took seriously.

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 2

OK Lets try and break this up into House Chunks and see if that makes it easier on me.

Gryffindor:

Colin - Starting N1 off with a bang, he goes at nutella and Jay for the TH lynch and Bullz for his nova vote. here are his reads. He backs chuck up with the "Rezz now!" call. Cops to opposing nova's lynch. He had nova as "N/A" which is frustrating, ColinIsCool Did you explain what "I went of out of my way to reference him for convoluted scum hunting reasons" means? He jumps on Bullz. He got on Owner's case about over-explaining herself saying he has occasion to do that when bad and then he makes this post over-explaining his nova defense? Hm.

Backs off the bullzeye wagon because it feels "Too easy". I'm yellow/light orange on Colin right now.

INH - Goes at Jay, basically just salitily defending himself. Pinged by Nutella/Luna for their participation in Jay's INH case. Again not a lot of stuff to read from INH, but the stuff thats there is defensive by necessity. Meh.

Jay - Jumps up Owner's ass because Owner said he tried to save her in the D1 lynch. If Owner is bad or if Jay is bad this looks staged. Like, Firstly, why give half a fuck just be like "No, I didn't do that," and move on but Jay spends like 3-4 posts on the fuckin' issue. Staged or entirely overdefensive out of a paranoid necessity. Either scenario looks bad to me. here are his reads. Owner is good? Staged.

And I've officially run out of gas sorting through Jay's posts so I'll shift gears from here and ISO people I'm considering voting instead of everyone.

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 2

Luna - The Epi/Owner case is weak and I disagree with it. The former could be indicative of just trying to toss spaghetti on the wall. Several instances of her prioritizing the House Cup mechanic which I've already gone over as to why I suspect that. She says she thinks Owner might be town due to how she acted at EoD. Was this (Owner's actions) before or after the Epi/Owner case was built? Luna's posts along the lines of "I'll vote X since nobody wants to lynch Y" strike me as she's insincere. Focused not on expressing her suspicions through her vote, but on voting with the majority/not ruffling any feathers. Eek fam. Baderino. Jumps on Nutella for defending INH, whom she says is suspect for his "fluff". Cool, but also an easy suspect to have especially if you're not gonna back it up with a vote. Luna's been consistently suspicious of Kara for not being around/laying low which is fine, but I think there's been enough actual discussion and participation that if you wanted to you could come away with a suspect that is participating. Unless you think Nova and Kara were both on the same team, and that team is essentially down two players due to inactivity/low activity.

Meh.

Her hunting activity is more reactive and less self-constructed.
Luna is definitely reactionary right now. It reminds me of my earlier mafia career where I would freak out once I realized that I was being eyed. But she seems to be flailing with no idea of an overarching goal. Vote bullz. Don't vote bullz. But vote bullz. But maybe Kara. But no bullz... it's dizzying.
This. Her 3 targets that she's focused on, Bullz, Kara, and me, have all been easy suspicions to come by, and mostly feel like her hopping onto easy suspects already mentioned by others. She criticized me for having too few/weak reads, and only providing "commentary" to the thread, while she herself has been guilty of all of that.

I always read willful hypocrisy as a scumtell. Other folks I'd be down to lynching: Glorf, Owner, and maaaaaybe JJJ. Need to read up on all of three of them before I decisively side against them.

OK I've decided to comment-as-I-go type deal and this pretty much clears Luna does it not?

TH suspects soneji. Soneji suspects luna. Luna votes owner. So soneji uses this as an excuse to vote for...TH. who suspected soneji . So soneji pulled a clever no U.

Now today soneji is back on Luna, but with no apparent attempt to break down how the lynch result may have affected the case. If soneji felt strongly that Luna was protecting th with a vote on owner, where are the thoughts now that the lynch went how it did?

I think I may join jjj on a soneji vote. Yes, in fact I am.

Did Kylemii just scum-slip?
whaddya mean
He gives a comparison:
Last game (scum): confident opinions, defended players who were civ, voted for his teammates, acted trustworthy
This game (unknown): I have few opinions because I haven't been around.
Not: I have few opinions because I'm town.
So... Ugh... Luna, is that a serious case? Like, you legit think his word choice here is a scumslip? Or is this a desperate attempt at a case to take pressure off of you...
Luna's Kyle comment is stretching it but Timmer's post here is a bit much in the way of calling it out.

Honestly, no. My use of the term "scum slip" was a little heavy. I just wanted to point out that Kylemii's excuse for not "being on top of things" was because he's "busy."
JUST when I thought I could clear Luna :/

I didn't but was I the last one to vote?
why would you ask this nutella? If juliets did get a hallow and tell you, she would become a target. The mafia could kill her to get the hallow.
Well that didn't occur to me because I'm not mafia, sorry

Not to piss in the lemonade here but would the lack of rezzes indicate either nobody has any, whoever does have them died, or whoever does have them is inactive/bad?

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 3

Indirectly relevant. I don't think this was intended as defensive of INH, which warrants saying since the interpretation is possible.
I defending INH by being pinged that Luna *wouldn't* vote for INH? Nerp.
