Oh my goodness, the last I looked both votes were on 112. You three - Tony, Nanook, 112 - all three deserve congrats imo for how you played F3. Congrats to the mafia 112, Sloonei, Soneji for winning the game and congrats to Dizzy who satisfied his wincon. Dizzy you had me convinced you would be a town sided 3P lol.

On another note, remember how I played Day 1 in this game. This is how I play D1. I honestly don't know why people became suspicious of me, I play the same way every game. This was the first game in all my years of playing that I replaced out of and it was strictly because I saw I wasn't going to be able to do 9:30+ EODs. I posted during night 1 twice and both times I said I was working on a solution for sleeping through EOD Day 1. Nobody caught the hint, not even sprityo who replaced me and I assume read my ISO. Instead, people assumed I replaced out because I didn't like getting a scum role. I have never replaced out for that reason and I never will.

I get up really early, like 5 am, so I'm sleepy by like 9:00. I was hoping I would be able to handle a 9:30 EOD but it looks like that's not going to work. I realize thats's a problem for this game and I'm working on a solution.

Yes I agree. I just like to look at all sides of people when I'm unsure about people's alignment. In this case what I'm asking for is not available so I have made a decision based on the thread information and Sloonei's value as a town. player.

No I haven't because this is the way you always play. Sloonei has been showing me something I haven't seen even though I've played with him a lot. I am satisfied for now though with his recent explanation.

I don't think any of this is really alignment indicative though. This game right now is unique in that I'm not too busy to play the game, I'm just mentally exhausted from life circumstances in recent weeks. I'm here, I just don't have the energy to be myself.

It's not exactly +EV to let him live necessarily, but it could be argued that it's -EV to kill one of your potentially best game solvers and self-resolving town players on Day 1, yes.

Ok I get that. And yeah, thats why I'm having a problem moving my vote to Sloonei. Epi makes a good case but I keep thinking we should give Sloonei another day because he IS on of our best game solvers.

You might be thinking of Ancient Greece, but that was ages ago. I've had three scum wins in the last year or so: GoC, The Wire, and Phenon Origins, which was a sock puppet game so I doubt you'd have specific memories of me in there if you even played it. None of them match the description of what you're looking for.

If I remember correctly the team got through the game with no losses, thus a sweep. All I can remember is I subbed in. Do you know what game I'm talking about? I had the impression novaselinever was town based on his behavior but I just don't have enough behavior to continue to support the slot as town. I just read through Sloonei's posts. He posted exactly 4 times yesterday (Tuesday) and hasn't posted at all today. That's not looking good. I understand he's playing another game but he's got no time at all to post in this one on the day we have EOD? I don't like it, the only question for me is whether MP7 is right and we should give him another day because his value if he's town is high. (Is that +EV? It's a mixed bag here. Remember Inception where Master Radish was a 3P? We left him alive the whole game. I can't remember right off the bat what his wincon was but I think he could win with either faction. I think in his case he proved his usefulness to the town by killing Eva and maybe thats why we left him pretty much alone. Then in GOC Tranq was 3P and I think he too could win with either faction, correct me if I'm wrong on these somebody. To your point though 112 both Radish in Inception and Tranq in GOC won with the mafia.

I'm not sure what to do about Dizzy. He has died in the last several games I've played with him or seen him in in the first two days, and has been town. My opinion of him is if he has the choice of playing to win with either faction he would choose town so I'm inclined to let him live today even though I was brought up in the "kill the 3P" school. If he lives and there are two town kills tonight though my vote would go to him tomorrow. I have to acknowledge though I may be letting my personal feelings about him dying so early all the time get in the way of my game thinking.

In most of the games I have played with him he is not a low poster though I seem to recall sometimes he doesn't go all out right at the beginning. I would not say high posting is AI for him - my memory is he was posting up a storm to keep me from suspecting him leading up to our F3 with Lexi in Inception where he was bad and he also posts a lot as town.

Not excusing him, but there's a world where jack hosting the jack of jacking off has him jacking around too much to post today and there's also the jack attack that happened in corrupt that may have jack jack back from the lines of attack that we normally see as whack.

But Jack's game is not going yet so he's not yet hosting unless he's hosting somewhere else or I'm mistaken. What was the "jack attack" that happened in Corrupt that might have changed his play style? I don't have a firm opinion on him yet but it does seem odd that he's not posting more.
