Anyone who played this game and still hasn't signed up for Dom's game should seriously consider it.

That said, I was going to switch my vote at the last minute to someone other than me, but only if it was anyone other than timmer, since I felt people were latching onto him to save me, and I thought he was probably an Old Rogue.

I knew this game was not as it seemed, I figured the Old Rogues were screwed (though it seems my assessment was severely uninformed), I was bored of everyone saying "I'm so civ", and I knew my real life would only allow me to be super active for a cycle... so I decided to overexaggerate, shake things up, and go nuts. Totally worth it.

And I know that my 'breaks' don't stick well either, so I'll likely end up playing Frisky Dingo as long as it doesn't land me in late July/early August. :P

We shall see though. My "official" stance is that I told myself I need a break after the game on RYM and Dom's game here.

Yeah, too bad. But I'm burnt out. I screw up too much in games and I'm not playing like I'd like to. I feel like I lost all my instincts and the WIFOM is taking control over me So maybe if I stay away a little and miss the game, it will help. In addition, like you I'm obsessed when I play, and I neglect other more important things, It will give me some time for that as well. No idea when I'll come back. Can be in 2 weeks or less, or could be a few months. I'm hoping for the latter, but knowing me, it won't stick.

Anyway, congrats and have a great wedding and honeymoon!!!

I can relate 100%. A break will likely serve you well. No worries, we have plenty of amazing upcoming games in the new queue, so I'm sure we'll get to play together soon enough.

Haha, no, I will not be on my computer or phone or anything the entire honeymoon. As much as I love being on the computer, I'm on it all day every day, so I will much appreciate that break. I'm sure Annie will as well. :P

I need just one week away from everything, considering I don't get any built in vacation in my PhD program at all this year except that one week and Christmas.

I'm very proud of that particular Amiibo nickname since it serves a multifold purpose:

1) It satisfied the minimum qualifications of being both music-themed and starting with the same letter as the character name (Lucario).
2) Lucario is a Pokemon and since they are always some numeric level from 1 to 100, I thought the name was appropriate.
3) 42 is the answer to the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.

Oh, and it won both Season 1 and Tournament 1. A reflection of its name's multifold badassery.
