Given I was a civ no one was my baddie teammate - so ya know. no.
I was drinking and cooking dinner at the time and came off a long shift of work so I was prolly WAY short with him. Poor soul. I treated him like he was one of my staff and I hit the end of my rope because I wasn't working so I was done answering puppy dog questions for the day.
Also - he was - his phrases and everything NOT JJJ.
So you know. I called him a liar. Cuz while I've not had bts with you, I can't imagine you being less than your full on self in bts too.
Then I thought maybe he was Matt because we have had so much bts together and he kinda sounded....oddly like Matt. So he coped to being Wigly. Which for a while I bought. (btw LC - diggz says I should blame you for my trust of Wigly for this. Just sayin...) Since Wigly is pretty much an enigma to me I did buy that. And told him his "info" was wrong and I was a civ. Keep in mind, I didn't know what game chatterbox was from or anything. I miss LOTS these days.
Then he FINALLY copped lying to me AGAIN. And that he was LC. And then I was all GOD DAMNIT LC!!!!![]()

Then I finally believed he was a civ. Even though I still wouldn't tell him all my positions - just my prefered ones and why. And he was all you still don't trust me 100 percent do you? And I was all not till your role card is turned and it doesn't say "recruited" after it. You taught me not to. And then we had a cyan code where he would pull peeps into his bts and I would know what he thought about them and then everyone lynched him.![]()

TH doesn't lie.
My bts with LC is HANDS DOWN one of my all time most favorite mafia moments. It was so fun and funny. And awesome. And we were going to be awesome civs together!! And it's fitting that this was one of my most favorite mafia moments of all time since he gave me my most favorite mafia role of all time. Cut sadly too short.![]()
That reminds me - LC - since rebooting is a thing - what would you think about rebooting Sandman?

Hides behind a player each night. If the player is civilian, no harm will come to the Hider. If he hides behind a baddie, he will die.
That is completely invalid since I was already under suspicion and had a couple of people voting me.S~V~S wrote:I think he thought he was really, really, really right about LC being bad and that he was never going to get anyone to believe him unless he false info claimed.

What was there?
You do know you are likely next up on the block right? Now is not the time to be vague.

No, you're supposed to have a change of heart brought on by their generosity and say "I know someone who wants this more than me..." and hand it over to Sorsha. You have failed.Metalmarsh89 wrote:These are the best hosts ever! Handing out wins for technicalities and for spirit.Turnip Head wrote:Honestly MM if I had considered it (I didn't think it was a possible scenario tbh), I would have clarified your win condition to be"at least two or ALL living players must have voted for you". I know you told me you don't think you deserve the win but I disagree. You were under fire most of the game and at one point with like 7 or 8 players left you had managed to get all of them to vote for you. And just like the original Sidoh you tried to help the civvies win, even though you had no reason to (and were ultimately unsuccessful). :P
You had a difficult win condition, you were ready to give up but you kept going and you gave it everything you had. The win is yours if you want it.If you're offering, I will graciously accept it.
I thought about PM'ing you with this exact question on Day 12, but decided I didn't want to know the answer, and just play for the civ win instead.
Just bea. I chose JJJ the night he was killed.MacDougall wrote:Actually that reminds me, LC who was the other person you had BTSC with?
I hope his fancy new GutBased Truth NegatorTM doesn't make it past this testing phase and into the open market.MacDougall wrote:Basically just be more responsible with your vote. I intentionally tried to play this one like a cautionary tale. The mafia meta here allowed me to skate through day after day actually being outwardly obviously bad because bad play is written off as bad, not mafia. As a civilian it can be hard to keep up with contributions but ultimately your biggest obvious influence is your vote and if you are thoughtful with it, as the game goes by it builds the pressure on the bad guys and makes them stand out more.
But for real, Boomslang buddy wtf.
I reckon Boomslang did the civs a favour though because LC was right in the hammer of being played by me, bless him. He'd already wasted two separate nights on giving me BTSC and had another one blocked. Had me first night and then I told him to get Wilgy in there...
I was glad to have bea. She was my favourite BTSC.He chose bea of his own accord out of fear that I kept telling him to invite my teammies (I actually had just told him to invite Matt hahaha) which in hindsight was probably not the wisest choice because bea, bless her she's such a trusting lady he probably should have invited someone a bit more discerning to analyse the situation.
I didn't tell bea that you guys were Civvies, you did that by being the in-thread cheerleader for the Save LC BTSC Squad. It was very convincing! You saw how much me and Wilgy simply HAVING btsc with LC convinced bea we were good, btsc is a strange beast because you just can't help but trust who you're talking to. I did the same thing in AWR with Hamburger Boy (who fuck me is an outrageously good player). If he invited a couple more civs before dying Wilgy and myself might have found ourself part of a civvie voting bloc hahaha.

The idea that I defended them all as Civs was fabricated, probably by those players, and nurtured through the trust that they showed each other because of it.
FZ. It's not your fault and I think you played exceptionally! I'm sorry I aggrivated you with my play though. I really was busy during the game, I just was able to take some time off work towards my demise.

I don't think it's likely that someone gave Boomslang his lines for today, that doesn't sound like something real to me. DH, if Boomslang was forced to make a case today against me, he could very well make it blatantly weird in order to try and overcome the baddies' plan with something easy-to-disbelieve.
I don't know. What I do know is that I am not a baddie, so his claim is either a lie, a curse, or (unlikely) false info.

If the baddies have cursed Boomslang with the imperative to come after me, then they want it to result in one or both of our deaths. Having some consideration that he was cursed might make those plans not happen... and you are doing your best to ignore that possibility and push the lynch to one of us or the other.

I voted Mac to go along with making a tie for fun after I decided to lay off JJJ. It wasn't because I suspected him, it was just for spice. As I often am, I was at work for the last couple of hours of the lynch, and I didn't bother to switch it (during a sly duck into a bathroom to check on things) because I saw that Tranq was getting lynched whether I switched or not.Why did you vote Mac last day? This is it. This is when I really believed you were bad, for the record. I was just starting to come around on JJJ. I eased up on his lynch for the first time, and started to look at the way that the timing and unlikelihood of the Kubrick role reveal seemed intentional. Then you, FZ, came in with some mild doubt, a direct message to me to make me go for his lynch again, and a dramatic sigh.FZ. wrote:JJJ, why did you vote Lorab on day 3.0 and then changed it to DH on day 3.5? LC, I'm starting to think there's a chance I've been fooled all along.
There could still be Pikmin out there to find, I suppose. Also, Capt Olimar received clues as to where the Pikmin were hidden. Wasn't Black Rock that role?
LC - Tbh, I was kind of defending Boomslang, not you. It just seemed really weird when he said that, voted, and dipped. Didn't seem natural.
I can only assume he was Civ in those games? I'm not prepared to pull the trigger on a Mac lynch at this point. I don't know his alignment.Matt wrote:RIP 3J.
Mac - Wow. "In honor of Jimmy", you vote for me? I had nothing to do with 3J's death, and I'd like to know why you think I did. Also, I just realized you disappeared the other night when we were having a back and forth about Lorab, and then LC came to your defense.
LC/Mac - Where do you stand on one another? I realize Dom just asked LC the same question and LC "answered"...LC, do you think Mac is good, bad, or indy? At first, I felt Mac was just being his jokey self, but it's been non stop this game. All about ties, he's literally not even trying to find baddies. Not at all like the Mac I saw in Dune or Star Wars.
I think we'll have to wait for more from Boomslang on this. His statement has certainly shown a couple of LC-supporters out there already. I didn't feel like I needed anyone to stick their neck out for me yet. I don't think I'm getting lynched today.Boomslang's post and fly by vote is not anything I saw him try as a baddie partner in Pet Sounds. Honestly, I feel like he was cursed to say that, and then dip. Just what I'm thinkin' though, if he comes back and posts, then derp.Long Con wrote:But what's Boomslang's angle here?DrWilgy wrote:Long Con isn't bad, and you have to trust me on this.
