Lol at Turnip Head calling out Kyle in grumpychat straight away despite Kyle trying to hide his identity.

Re: Retrocausality Mafia - ENDGAME: A Reprieve in the Desert
Also quin would have got voted back in instead of me if Spacedaisy didn't ask for someone to rezz me and then it turned out her plan to rezz me was unfeasible given I was a stump anyway. If I didn't get rezzed I don't know if sprityo and Colin would have been lynched before Kyle and Epi (probably would have still tbh).

JHC you guys were lucky to get your kills off every night after reading your deadchat and seeing that Epi and I were coordinating our doctoring efforts so well.

I had the same thought fleetingly. I was pinged by Colin seeing his own mechanism as a claim and going after the player rather than just believing it.Golden wrote: ↑Fri Jun 29, 2018 11:43 pmBut I mean, I thought a townie with that role would be more likely to defend TH.ColinIsCool wrote: ↑Fri Jun 29, 2018 11:42 pmWell, I was kind of honest about my role ... and kind of notGolden wrote: ↑Fri Jun 29, 2018 11:39 pmThat was actually the moment I really thought you were bad, because if you were honest about your role it made turnips an extremely coincidental lie if it was one.ColinIsCool wrote: ↑Fri Jun 29, 2018 11:37 pm Also, I didn’t intend to actually criticize TH’s wincon as a flaw in the set-up, I just seized on it as something to attack in an attempt to thin the numbers/give Luna some time if possible. Re: Retrocausality Mafia - ENDGAME: A Reprieve in the Desert
Speedchuck tbh I think the game worked out fine. The scum nearly won in the end and games are inherently scum favouring so if anything a close civilian one is a good result if balance was your effort.
The only thing I would have done different ironically is I would have definitely decided against doing the deadchat rezz thing when you did given the deadchat was full of civilians.

Re: Retrocausality Mafia - ENDGAME: A Reprieve in the Desert
Hooray. I finally have a win in a full game. Only took 3 years.
I actually really, really sucked this game until I came back as a stump and finally made that case against sprityo. I was wrong about almost everything except the angle shooting on Choutas replacing out and consistently reading scotty as town. Wrong about sig and sooooo wrong about Colin. Wrong going after Epi, Kyle, Golden, wrong on day 1 about nutella and quin. Wrong about spacedaisy at the start. I also thought Lunalee was town at one point.

Re: Retrocausality Mafia - Day 5: Timelapse Painting
FYI if anyone has any doubt that Epignosis is town, I think this almost clears it up. There is no reason for a Mafia Epignosis to post this. There's no way for anybody to disprove that he targeted me, so it would be in Mafia Epi's best interest to let me believe there are strongarm kills.Epignosis wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 9:58 amJust to clear things up, I've never targeted you. The Night you departed I had protected Spacedaisy, beveling that surely one of she, Scotty, or Golden/juliets would be the target.MacDougall wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 9:54 amI am going by the assumption that Colin completely made up his role mechanism actually. I won't use it on someone unless I am fairly confident in their alignment. Because I don't particularly want to end up dead.
But that is hardly a way to convince me of this sprityo. I'm town, it would be better if you convinced me you are town too. I can see a mafia utility in your role, and I can see how Colin's claims seem weak. I'm leaning you too, but I'm not ruling out Kyle or Epi 100%.
I suppose the way your gun works is that it functions as a free lynch (either your target or yourself).

Actually that's about all we have in common. She's always good for a cigarette, chat and a drink. Unfortunately the topic of conversation is usually her asking about the comings and goings of her estranged ex husband and her juvenile dating behaviours. Re: Retrocausality Mafia - Day 5: Timelapse Painting
No dude you were in a tough predicament. I was trying to coerce them into shooting at Scotty because I wanted them to feel like you had protected Juliets, I had protected Spacedaisy and Scotty had protected you. It worked. The last part of the plan was for you to switch but it relied on telepathy which is always a risky proposition.Epignosis wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 9:23 amOn the one hand, I am mad at myself that I did what I did, namely, I protected Scotty and then went back and changed my mind after a quick second thought, because I've done such a bad job determining what other people would do, and I wanted to make sure juliets survived since she was the beneficiary of the poll. I was assuming Scotty was going to protect juliets, but I didn't want to take any chances. So the bad news is had I left things alone, there would not have been a vanishing and we'd be better off numerically.Spacedaisy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:21 pmI tracked Epi last night.Kylemii wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:11 pmhow do you know epi's target?Spacedaisy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:08 pm Ok look. I think he's bad. A fully sexual role cop is not a civ. Shoot him Daisy. Shoot him in the dick.

Please answer these questions:
1. How did sprityo know what your cookie did?
2. Is your having given golden a benign seeming ability (watch?) the reason he town read you?
3. Are you claiming you are both a night tracker AND an inventor?
4. What is your character (out of curiosity more than anything)?

Sprityo is bad, he has to be.
colin or epi is the teammate. Either.
Spacedaisy tracked Epi and saw him target juliets.
That vibes with a doctor enough to just take the tinfoil hat off imo.
Colin has failed to correctly predict a single election. I think he's just been lying about his role. I think the role claims are going to end up being the downfall of sprityo and colin here.
There are many combinations of wifom and tinfoil that could drive us crazy but ultimately we just have to be rational now and hope that it wins out.

spacedaisy is a toolmaker of some kind and epignosis is a doctor kind of but not really, but also yes? neither of those roles are particularly mafia-like if real, spacedaisy's role is probably not fake since it's been talked about existing prior to revelation. epignosis could be fake, maybe epi targeted juliets with a negative thing that wasn't a kill or a protect? I guess that's the main danger with him.
that leaves sprityo and Colin who I don't remember shit about other than Colin grilled me a bunch about turnip head and has a role that gives him an extra vote if he predicts night poll results and what did sprityo claim?
Dude's bad. There's no chance he's good at this juncture. I'd say Colin is aware of that at this point and has chosen the path of distancing.

Re: Retrocausality Mafia - Day 5: Timelapse Painting
This seems dumb given it could have just ended up in scum handsSpacedaisy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:31 pm That was exactly the intention. I wanted it back in play.

Re: Retrocausality Mafia - Day 5: Timelapse Painting
When are you going to reveal that you are a civ to me?Spacedaisy wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:08 pm Ok look. Kyle definitely targeted me last night. And Epi definitely visited Juliet’s last night but she didn’t die, which leads me to believe he is a doctor as he says. I don’t see another reason to visit her.
This leaves me with Colin and Sprityo.

Re: Retrocausality Mafia - Night 4: That's No Moon; That's a Canvas
Because after I did ISO read throughs of everybody you stood out as the most obvious scum of them all.sprityo wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:02 pmif there wasn’t no agenda, why didn’t I get the special big post and negative context about the whole thing?MacDougall wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 10:37 pmOn the contrary, you were the last person of the 4 in the POE I analysed. I had a civ read on you. I have no agenda here sprityo
Does me gunning for you inherently make you good does it? No I really can't see your concern. You are just trying to defend yourself with what little ground you have to stand on, which is fine.
I'm too tired to do this right now. I had a quick look and saw nothing so I might be taking for granted that Golden was actually not just tunneling you.ColinIsCool wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 11:19 pmCan you show me where I “pushed back”? Because I don’t agree with that assessment at all. I feel like the TH business aside I’m pretty much with the rest of town and I’m really confused by thisMacDougall wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 10:41 pmYou also pushed back against their lynches. It's incomparable. Epi drove the bus off a cliff and then set fire to the wreckage.ColinIsCool wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 2:23 pm As far as bussing goes I voted also for all those people so I’m not sure why you think Epi wouldn’t do that while I would. If sprit isn’t the last one it HAS to be him.
