That progression really pinged me and that's why I'm trying to ask what changed for you!

I skimmed the first page of all of the games you linked and I think the quality of your entrances varies a lot between them. Some you entered and were immediately solvey off the bat and a couple (Spiderman in particular) weren't great either so I'm considering that this might not be AI for you after all?

When you said earlier that I wasn't aware of your meta, were you insinuating that you don't have these sort of entrances as a wolf or just that it's NAI for you?
I would consider it NAI, I can be pretty inconsistent.

I'm not great at evaluating my own meta but others have said I lack presence and kind of do my own thing in most cases. I'm also kind of silly as a player so sometimes I get scumread for being too serious.

Nothing has happened to make me want to change, I think esooas reaction to me is one I see frequently among new communities where it's like "I don't really care what the new guy thinks" because he feels like my read is less relevant when others call him towny, which is fair assessment my read probably matters less. But in my experience ive found people treat me more like that when they are mafia than when they are town.

I feel I have started to get quite good at spotting scumslips and of course the person says it was an accident, but in 2 out of 3 cases where I have spotted them that person turned out to be a wolf.

In summary, he has posted a lot but the majority of that has been jokey posts and poking the less active players (an easy tactic for the wolves). I also strongly think the “pretending to be town” comments is a scumslip.

Sometimes it is as easy as saying that if someone looks like a wolf and quacks like a wolf, they are a wolf.

I want to see how the new Gavial does later but am likely voting here

Alright, so first case on me since 2015, let's celebrate!

But honestly, I'm almost disappointed. There are shockingly easy ways to case me as jesting scum but this one really hurts because it's not even good.

1. I was anti-vote on HK until 3pclaim. Once he claims 3p we have to lynch him. I am reluctantly voting HK as mentioned previously. If you're using that as a point of evidence... Then I fear for the rest of your reads.

2. I have outed several solid reads and beliefs. While I have a lot of jokey posts, it's true, it's not like I'm not providing actual content, which is what wolves do jokey posts to do. If you actually want to sus me over this, here let me help. Try doing this instead: "A majority of his posts are jokey or singular reads. He hasn't provided a strong case on anyone, instead preferring to say "x is this role" which is an easy way out." There, that reads a little more accurately AND scummier.

3. #230 was a joke where I was insulting Alison saying she assumed someone was town until d4...

4. All my wolf references caught, excellent work. I mean I do them as both sides as you'll see after this game, but don't take my word for it. I just like to have fun, see?

5. If you're calling any of my wolf jokes as "scumslips" then I'm sorry to disappoint you, those were all fully intentional. No accidents there. Can you wolf-read me for jokingly claiming wolf? Sure. Go ahead. Be my guest, it's a four-course buffet.

So as long as you don't flip red I can be pretty happy with my D1 Esooa slot read? Excellent.

Yep! I'm feeling confident that slot is town (and I have a good track record with finding Esooa as town too).

To expand on that a bit more: she knows my wolf meta is still pretty polarised and pretty much cleared me for meta reasons the last few games we played together.

We also mindmeld a lot as town and tend to play very similarly. I had her as almost lock town before she subbed out.

I don't think he's been super useful to town but I'm fine leaving him for now. I got bigger fish to fry and today is a wash.

Yeah he's a LHF slot but that's sort of the point.

But I think that finding town within LHF slots is the single most powerful thing you can contribute to a game, more even than burying a wolf honestly. Because without intervention, I'm 90%+ sure that Wurzel gets eliminated this game and, if he's town, finding him removes a miselim the wolves are banking on ro succeed.

I have already explained my stance on the claim: confident HK is out of wolf meta, think we should policy the 3p claim. Told Gavial I was going to ignore them because I was not continuing playing this game if I had to deal with them. I don't see why you're leaning me scum and falcon town (because falcon went for gavial's throat) when I believe that it was my criticism of gavial's case multiple times that started their mad push on HK.

Wow, this game is intense! I think a typical CFC game would only have about half as many posts by now. I do feel a lot more confident that we are going to win vs a CFC game though. CFC are generally bad at towning.

I did manage to read a bit when I' wasn't driving but I am still on page 14.

I'm always voting HK no matter what. Any vote elsewhere would be symbolic at best. I'm down to talk about my suspicions for D2.

My issue is that half of the players in the game are already coasting hard and I don't want to let a lot of these people drop a policy vote on the 3p claim and do no other solving for the rest of the phase.

Objectively I'm the only chop that should be considered today when we get to the end of the day.

My advice would be, if you are town, make real reads and real pushes towards people you think are wolves so that there's things to build on D2. If you're a wolf obvs that advice changes, but only superficially lol

Yeah I feel bad about it but at the same time I'm definitely in agreement.

Also agree that it's important to solve outside of you and I'm not letting anybody just skate by with a vote on you and nothing else.
