I think the game makes more sense if it's in Lime/Epi
I think the game is scary if it's in Roxy, Sloonei (ordered who I'm most likely incorrect on to most)
I don't think I'm wrong on SVS or Long Con.

none of these players are aligned with DM. DM's only teammates are in Long Con/Sloonie interestingly enough.

Are we in the red or something? I figured it's too early for this to be a game over esc vote.

Re: Monopoly Mafia (Day 3)
Garbo jingled the bells on his fancy hat as he strolled through the grocery aisle. He had already caused the cashiers to turn their heads when he made his grand entrance with a somersault through the automatic doors, but in the end, this store saw him a lot. After all, he was a frequent shopper. Where he got his money didn’t matter to the establishment, so long as he paid in full at the register.
As he rounded his favorite aisle, he screeched and whooped as he was known to do. However, when he approached the cat food, he stopped in his tracks. What normally was 5.79 was $6.19. AND the package only came in a 4-pack instead of the usual 6-pack. Garbo was floored. Quite literally, he fell onto the floor in surprise and shock.
Eventually, after 20 minutes, an employee was sent by the manager to go collect poor Garbo and usher him towards the exit. He had peed himself and was crying openly.
When he was ultimately led out, the manager approached the employee while they watched Garbo crawl pitifully towards his shopping cart that he pushed around throughout the day.
‘Poor guy,’ the manager said, shaking his head, ‘Shrinkflation hits everyone differently. And to think, he doesn’t even have a cat. Wonder what he does with all that cat food.’
We’ll never know.

The Rivian was bought off the lot at a ‘discount’ according to the salesman. But everyone really knows it was already priced down before the ‘discount’ was given.
You see, this person was feeling fresh off a closed deal and on top of the world. Cruising on their first test ride after driving off the lot, the value immediately depreciated 39%, of course. But that was the last thing on their mind, as they raced along the hairpin turns on the cliffs.

Re: Monopoly Mafia (Day 4)
I'm pretty sure it actually is SVS.
Epi's iso looks good for Wilgy, DM, and Roxy. Plus Wilgy was the driving force behind Epi's elimination. Epimination.
That leaves us with SVS and Long Con. LC was an active participant in yesterday's elimination as well. Plus his iso looks better than SVS's, both generally and in interactions with Epi. [VOTE: SVS] aubergine
I'll pull receipts if I have to later on. Too tired to do it right now.

Re: Monopoly Mafia (Day 4)
I left the thread 4 hours before EOD and go to bed work nights between 8:30 and nine. I popped in a few times after I voted but only saw a few posts from Roxy.
I can’t guarantee I would have switched though cause I felt pretty strongly about the vote I had made.

S~V~S wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 9:14 pmI read your posts (and the other two voters) where you supposedly gave your reasons for voting for him, and I took nothing away from them. Sometimes I find that asking the person with the votes why they think they're getting votes (especially ambiguous ones like yours and LC's) tells me something about them, as well as the votes on them. So I asked him cause I was looking for his opinion.
This is my only real interaction with Epi. I am fairly sure we were almost never in the thread together.
And based on it, tbh, I'm not sure I would have changed my vote. Without the benefit of retrospect, this feels to me like he was poking me just to poke me, more like feeling me out. At the time, it didn't really make me feel like he was bad becasue it was so weak. I would think Bad Epi would make a stronger poke on me than that (and this would be the case imo whether we were partners or not), and that he wouldn't drop it so quickly, or would have at least come back to it when Sloonei started pushing on me, since it was from the same set of interactions. Again, partners or not.
So do with that what you will. I made the vote I made, I would probably make it again, and even if I had been awake, I don't think i would have switched to Epi. He was reading null to me (I kinda thought he might have been the 3P if there was one) and DM was reading actively bad.

Uh -yah. You get rent doubled and your property will work 100% and you can bankrupt other players - so no thank you.
Yes and then you put your left foot on the green dot and your right hand on the blue dot - then you just might make it....that's what I heard anyway.

Re: Monopoly Mafia (Day 4)
DM and LongCon had voted for Epi before I attempted to make a Lime wagon.
Lime wagon took off with me, Sloonei, DM and Long Con followed, putting SVS and Lime at 4/4.
Then I suggested Epi as a better option, to which in this order:
Me, DM, Sloonei, you and then Long Con moved.
So its interesting in the fact that everyone who was around was a-ok with it. When you had moved it was a 3/4 split between DM and Epi and Long Con changed it into 3/5.

Re: Monopoly Mafia (Day 4)
So here's the questions to be answered today:
Did SVS not move and instead voted someone who's very likely towny in DM with wolf intent or not?
Did Long Con bus Epi? Effectively their vote never put Epi either into or out of yeet threshold. It is worth note that Long Con had voted Epi before the wagon existed, but this may have been a safer frame to distance from Epi that turned sour. However, Long Con could have caused DM to tie with Epi, but at this point I don't think W Long Con was even postured to do that.
Did Roxy bus Epi? Roxy had placed Epi in the lead at +1 by moving from counter to chop, and a large momentum swing is sure to gain credit. High risk, high reward wolf play.
Did Sloonei bus Epi? Sloonei moving to Epi when they did did not push the thresholds, but did enable it. It's lower momentum, but at the same time would've been safer that they were stuck committed to.
Ultimately, I do not think the bus situations make sense but it is still worth thinking on. I do not think Epi had momentum within the game and could've been a fine bus. This does, however, cause discomfort when we look at SVS and review Lemon's town read there. That discomfort towards this is negated by it potentially just being Epi to submit the kill on Lemon.

While I appreciate the sentiment, I'd like to know where your reads are now, not what they would've been.S~V~S wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 5:12 amS~V~S wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 9:14 pmI read your posts (and the other two voters) where you supposedly gave your reasons for voting for him, and I took nothing away from them.

DrWilgy wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 3:49 pm So here's the questions to be answered today:
Thanks for making this easier to understand

Re: Monopoly Mafia (Day 3)
But this:
Additionally, each time a player obtains a property, I will input their name into a wheel, which gets spun once at the end of the day.
Each owned property is represented by a space on the wheel. If a player has a monopoly*, I multiply their slots by 2.
If the wheel lands on your name, you will earn safety that night and the following day from losing money and all negative abilities (this includes mafia attacks and paying rent). This does not prevent a day elimination, however. The result of this spin is not public knowledge.

Those are fine receipts. [VOTE: S~V~S] aubergineSloonei wrote: ↑Wed Jul 17, 2024 1:02 am I'm pretty sure it actually is SVS.

I didn't know if there were 2 or 3 bad guys. Lime Coke being third party helps me believe there are only 2.
