Hmmmmmm...are you voting for Thunal cuz you don't think their strategy is viable?

You don’t have to completely follow it. Just at least think about if what you’re saying is spewing someone as not the King before you say it.
I considered those carefully. Btw, if the flip doesn't happen by now, I am down to switch to SVS
The poll ended so I’m for sure dead. Good luck town
Well, you wouldn't lie so sorry. I tunneled and although it's day1 and mistakes are bound to happen, if I had been less lazy I probably would have found someone else more scummy. Sorry :sigh:

The Elimination Game

The king proceeded with the plan. Every guard was instructed to walk with helms on at all times, so no one would know which one was the king. They would spend the day walking around, in duos or trios, looking for the assassin.

Until, at the end of the day, a corpse was found on the ground. No signs of it being from an assassin. The bloodbath weas on.

Thunal (Guard) was eliminated.

@Foxy I had an epiphany. I don't see it myself, but I trust her judgment, so I'll take this at face value ^^ I came from a site where we concentrated more on finding baddies than of finding town, so I'm not great at that.

I have a POE of 2-3, and neither of them is you. I agree with very few of your assessments, but that doesn't make you bad.

I'm thinking, if there is enough interest, after Day 3-ish, we could have a pause.

It would be the same as a night phase, but without any actions. I'd just lock the thread for 24 hours. So people can take a break since this game has none.

This is optional, of course. If not enough people voice interest, we can also keep marathoning this until it's over.

Shadows dance and hide,
Secrets whisper in the breeze,
Truth waits to be found.

A smile hides the pain,
Rotten core, a sweet facade,
Cracks start to appear.

And that was tonights Haiku Corner!

@Dragon D. Luffy I would vote in favor of a quiet phase where a night would normally be. Marathoning might be a tad intense.

My reads are not random I can assure you of that. They may be wrong, but each one was based on something even if that something is as weird and unreliable as gut

I have my own weird and unreliable reads, I'm not really in the market for more. Can you explain what the point is of asking people to sheep your reads? Seems like something one might do if they were confident, not off some whimsical interpretation of a post that one might decide constitutes a reason for suspicion. I'm wondering if you are simply flighty, or if you have somewhere you're going with this?

You don’t have to completely follow it. Just at least think about if what you’re saying is spewing someone as not the King before you say it.
I considered those carefully. Btw, if the flip doesn't happen by now, I am down to switch to SVS

Unfortunate result- Thunal was one person I wouldn't have voted for, especially not Day 1 (as would usually be the case with Thunal in any scenario).

I still think that TSP is town, because what is this complete lack of concern for being voted?

TonyStarkPrime wrote: Thu Feb 20, 2025 6:17 pm Are we voting for me lol
This was the initial reason why I found Leetic towny. But it's been 2 48hr phases already and their ISO is so dry and without an spice. This is the person who accused Michelle of having the most middling ISO.
Spoiler: show
leetic wrote: Tue Feb 18, 2025 2:24 am I'm doubtful of Thunal's strategies here. The thing is that we want the assassins out of the way early, as the more villagers we kill the higher the chances of the assassins getting the target correct. It also assumes a complete lack of creativity from us. As long as people are smart enough to not take the route of always townreading the king, then it won't be an issue. All of us know who the king is, as long as we aren't absolute morons the king is never in danger of being the final lynch regardless of if one or some of the guards are voting them at any particular moment. We benefit from resolving this as quickly as possible, and in most scenarios random lynches won't achieve that.
Nutella's ISO is so dry as well.

These posts by Epi are towny.

falcon & Thunal are not teammates.
S~V~S & Foxy are not teammates.
Foxy & Thunal are not teammates.

Based on this, I'm least likely to vote for Foxy or Thunal.
Epignosis wrote: Thu Feb 20, 2025 12:03 am As I've thought more about it:

I think the best way to approach this is to say anybody you're not voting for (as I did above) and feel free to leave the royal highness in or out of your list as you see fit. Say why if you want.

It's also a thing I poo poo on in normal mafia games, but with there being a pair of ne'er-do-wells instead of a single killer, it's not a terrible idea to look for teammate interactions this early on (impossible a task as that is, but them's the breaks). I picked out a few that I didn't think were likely. Tell me why I'm wrong.

More shruggery.
This... I find very good because it points out how Leetic is just fearmongering.

Not sure I agree on the last sentence in general. But I'd say the biggest concern in this setup is that even if we lynch all the wolves, it doesn't guarantee our win as they still have the shots that can change the outcome.
How else do you win?
But, as I am writing this, I just remembered someone say they are good(?) at scumming. Well, I will townlean for now, and not overthink to paranoia.

Jackofhearts, Michelle... they have ok ISOs. nothing too wolfy or towny.

I think falcon is town. Their ISO is so sincere and esp this response to my joking is very cute. <3 Town Falcon.

His Majesty Long Con and I are scum buddies, how did you know? :broken_heart:
I don't

I don't often solve the game D1, it's pretty rare in fact
SVS is definitely town. The fiesty retaliation against Foxy~ very towny.

LC seems to be genuinely solving.

At this point, my eyes keep glazing over as I ISO Scotty. I think I will just sheep the past me who believed he was town.

Foxy is... town for now. Yes.

I think there is one Assassin high posting, and one Assassin among the lowposters. I keep checking each player with their interactions to our King (His Majesty LongCon) and it keeps throwing off my reads a bit.

As of now, my POE includes: Leetic, Nutella.

Ppl I won't vote for now: falcon, SVS, Epi, Scotty (maybe), His Majesty LC, Foxy.

Ppl you can convince me to vote if you tried hard enough: TPS, Michelle, jackofhearts.

Feeling really insecure about my deductions rn. XP but it is what it is.
