It's also problematic to say 'ths plan doesn't fail when Matt says he is not batman because he could still be alfred' while simultaneously saying it is obvious that he is not Alfred after Matt said he wasn't batman. Those two things don't add up.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Night 2]
Turning this around to TH's perspective Enrique.
You are claiming that TH started this game with a plan to claim Alfred, despite the fact that Alfred was otherwise alive. He then followed that with a plan to imply Matt was Batman, even though Matt could turn around and state he wasn't Batman. And he did all of this in the assumption that even after he implied that Matt was Batman, and Matt wasn't Batman, everyone would continue to believe he was Alfred and he would coast by on civ cred.
That's your theory.
Now, I'm not saying it is wrong. I'm just saying that TH coming up with the idea to fictionally claim a role that was 1) alive and 2) SO easily disprovable (by both the real Alfred and by forcing him to claim who Batman was, and being able to prove him wrong) doesn't seem that sensible, from TH's perspective. In fact, it seems pretty stupid. And the fact it seems pretty stupid that he would do that is a persuasive factor against your theory.
That's not to say your theory is wrong. It could be right. But you are so absolutely utterly convinced that there is no other explanation that you are trying desperately to fit all the facts into it, but when I point out facts that don't fit you just criticise me, instead of seeing me for what I'm doing... poking the holes in your theory and seeing if they can be filled.
This is how you catch baddies in an open minded manner. You create a theory. Then you test the theory. I'm testing the theory. But you and zebra get incredibly defensive about it being tested. You are both so utterly convinced you absolutely have to be right that anyone who questions it is sticking up for TH, blind, not seeing the facts, misunderstanding or not posting straight. You call zebra's posts obvious but then when you read it even you see it wasn't obvious. The very simple thing to do is to actually try and evaluate the holes and think about what they mean. But neither of you seem the slightest bit interested in doing that. You are so entrenched in your views that you just refuse to even come up with rational explanations, instead just reject the idea that an explanation is necessary and reject the idea that I could have a point when it comes to other explanations. And calling me closed-minded back, as though somehow the point of this is oneupmanship and being the one who comes out on top instead of trying to actually solve the game.
