Originally chaindeath thought that S~V~S might be the Don, but that doesn't work because she was arrested at night. Then He thought that she might have been the Consigliere. He thinks the most important point is that she was a civ. He apologizes if that's a shitty answer.Sloonei wrote:What role does chaindeath think SVS had?
Looking at the polls again, specifically day 10's end, he thinks hes pieced together the puzzle more.

Nero, no hate from chaindeath, as far as his style is concerned. In the games he's played people are often suspicious or poke at the third person thing, comes with the territory.

Based on all information available to me, based on voting records and revealed roles etc, I find it nearly impossible that Dom is a Don. He could be a civvie that gained access to a lynch pardon, but I also find this unlikely due to this post:
If Dom survived for a civvie reason, he would know that it is possible for at least one other civvie to survive for the same reason that he did.Dom wrote:I don't. Not if we cannot both survive for civvie reasons.

Why?
I disagree, Nero's reaction looks genuine to me there. If anything I'd say Sloonei's reaction looks the least genuine. A quick ISO of Sloonei's behavior at and around the Dom lynch make me feel a little queasy about him, he's clearly pushing the #LynchEpi agenda all throughout that and at one point said I was more suspicious than Dom for surviving the lynch. So why the angry face when Dom survived? That wasn't the reaction he had to my failed lynch. Sketchy.Prisoner 509378 wrote:Nero's reaction looks like top grade b/s.
Sloonei also has 965 posts so I'm not about to do a full blown ISO

For the record I think Epi and Nero are both straight thugs. And based on my research after Gleam's flip, I think Epi is my Don from another mom.

I don't want to be the fly in the ointment, but I intensely dislike feeling steered, and after a full nights sleep, I reread last nights thread, and I still feel that way. I feel like we are trusting people we should not trust. I feel that I no longer have any objectivity.

While Sloonei may not be mechanically confirmed, I can't envision a scenario where I'd support his lynch in this game. He looked like the most obvious townie around when I joined the action, and I've never lost faith in that for a moment. If he's a cop, it would be the most stunning performance I've ever seen by a large margin. I wouldn't even be upset with myself for missing it.

I don't think you can be the don considering your willingness to give him a 3/10 chance of being the don and your interest in the Day 1 votes. So for you to say he's not the don is suddenly a LOT to swallow. A lot of his commentary fits the bill too.

I also just looked into the Nero/TH dynamic to see if there's a Don/consigliere situation. It's somewhat compelling, because Nero never voiced suspicion of TH and did not partake in the attempt to lynch him. TH was frequently defensive of Nero and nearly always voiced a town read on him. These posts shed some doubt though:
Turnip Head wrote:Okay. I remember you saying something similar about Scotty in that you read him correctly as bad from the getgo somewhere else and you were right and don't feel that way here. I like to think Nero wouldn't have rolled baddie for his third straight game but you never knowSloonei wrote:The short version is that in our one previous game together, I had a scum read on him right away and this game his tone and effort seem much more sincere. I'm reading him as town so far, and all I see is an honest townie trying to figure out the game when I look at his posts.I don't really have a read on him but his framing of the opposition to the Gleam bandwagon felt odd. Like did he really think that that's what was happening or was he just throwing it out there?

Re: [DAY 11] Turf Wars: Battle of the Hosts
I'll just say it then, since the day is dwindling down now. I think Epignosis is the don, and that lynching him today would win the game for the cops (with the only possible recovery coming from a failed arrest and/or a prison break). I still find Nero suspicious, but Turnip has a vital role in that discussion now and I really hope he can show up and gimme something there.
