I'm with Sloonei (and LC, wow, what a surprise, it's el clásico again and everything is predictable and nothing hurts)
Are you more inclined toward my hesitance or LC's confidence?
The former, I guess. Mostly I agree with the sentiments you've expressed about why Quin's reasoning is fine for day 1, and probably enough to join Quin and LC in an epi vote if I don't get anything better for a day 1 reason
*votes Nutella*
My reaction also was to vote nutella. My perspective after giving it some thought, however, is to question if nutella would be so careless and flippant if she were mafia, knowing that being careless and flippant would likely draw votes. I need to hear more.
This seems to be the first time Nutella was referred to in this game as careless.

Nutella is supatown as town and not when she's bad. She killed it as a Phenon civvy I had this whole fake suspicion on her for her not being aggressive enough when we were scum together in ME that was of course a legit line of questioning I never got around to pushing cause I didn't want her dead.
What's the problem, Epi?
Now we have Jack discussing her meta. Which struck me as really off because my experience with Nutella's baddie meta (before she started using her knowledge of her own meta against us) was that Baddie Nutella acts a lot more sure of her suspicions than civ Nutella. So if she wasn't acting sure of herself in ME, it's precisely because she was using her meta against people who know that civ Nutella is uncertain and flip floppy. In short, this is NIA now since she knows her own baddie/civ tells.

Nutella hasn't always been super consistent as a townie in my experience with her. She'll speak her mind without regard for whether or not it all fits neatly together, and I've got no issue with that. I don't think I would vote for her based solely on her posts so far.
This post makes me feel better about Sloonei actually. It's the only read of Nutella that seems accurate to me.

okay this has turned into nonsensical arguments that are getting us nowhere. remind me to never again sign up for a game with both Epi and LC because it just always turns into this and we never make progress
I dislike this. It's the same as trying to tell the thread that nothing significant is being exchanged between them. I wonder if nutella has made similar sentiments in other games while town.
Another comment directing things toward nutella meta.

Epi who do you suspect?
My head says Long Con and nutella, but I'm aware of my biases there.
Long Con has done nothing but provoke me, and he knows it, which means I am less likely to do anything productive this Day phase because he knows I'll argue with him, and I know when I do argue with him, he's going to continue making things up (like I somehow magically chose who was going to quote Elton John) and whenever I challenge anything he has to say about me, he will give glib, unhelpful responses ("Indeed." "Keep dancing," etc.), which shows he isn't interested in figuring me out. He's interested in getting me out regardless of my alignment. It almost feels personal.
nutella is someone I always get wrong, but her participation here strikes me as phony. It was like she didn't understand what was going on in the thread but somehow agreed with Quin, Sloonei, and LC when they had three rather different things to say about me (or in Quin's case, nothing at all).
I haven't given anybody else much thought. If I had to lynch someone based on other factors right now, DDL because a chunk of his posts are defending me. I appreciate that on one level, but I caution myself about people doing that, especially this early when it's easy to do.

Who do you think is good?
Mesk, still, I suppose.
Epi is uncharacteristically cautious here. He has the best line of reasoning for voting for Nutella, yet he doesn't. I think his line of reasoning was based on incorrect understanding of what she was saying, but still he had the most secure reason to vote her but he didn't want to?

Agreed with Quin Epi, Nutella bad.
Nutella being lazy is a scumtell. I don't think she thinks I'm bad nor thinks I'll get lynched but I'd rather....you know what? I'm not sure what Nutella is doing. We were teamed together and it was said that I focus too much on myself when I'm bad, as I focused too much on myself and tap danced to victory. So that's like...an unfriendly poke? But there's no weight behind it. It's not hunting. Feels like a distraction but it would only distract me onto her so...what is that for?
I don't want to switch to Nutella. I think she's more likely bad if Epi is bad and Epi is more likely to be bad if just one of them is. I dislike lynching people I suspect of being buddies with someone I suspect more. Like if we lynch Epi and he's town, I can revevaluate Nutella. If I lynch Nutella and she's town, I don't move on Epi. So why lynch Nutella first.
Anyhow, I think LC, Quin, Kyle, Sloonei are town in that order. Probably Bob too (don't listen to my Bob reads). Everyone else statistically probably town but not giving me reasons to think so.
Again discussion of Nutella's supposed meta. Meta which I disagree with entirely. And in fact, I disagree with trying to read Nutella's meta at all since, as I've mentioned multiple times already, she knows about and uses against the civs when she is bad.
So yeah, I think there was a very strong element of meta being pushed in the Nutella lynch train.
After all this I feel more like Epi might actually be bad, and Jack has my eye too. I want to ISO him though. And I want to ISO DDL.
Gut read I am liking cbob, I think I saw something in LC that backs up what he was saying about the inconsistency between LC's response to Epi and me.
More to come after some ISOs...
