Congrats Boomer!! That was wholly unexpected despite you basically saying it to my face. Paraphrasing: Lynch votes would benefit a suicidal role
Way to manipulate the votes, man!!

Re: [DAY 6] Super Meat Boy Mafia
From my experience, I would say #3 is usually the exact opposite. I've replaced into many games before, and only once was it with a baddie team.Epignosis wrote: No madam.
I am bored because:
1. I was killed Night 1 and brought back. I have no need to defend myself. Which means I may die at any moment.
2. I have no suspicion on anyone given the nature of this game.
3. Replacements should be lynched, given that from my experience, such people replace bad guys.
(I'm basing this off of games I had already been in, died, and came back as a replacement. So it might not be the strongest sample size.)
It's just not something I see being very common. I think if it happens too much, it can give the baddies an advantage. Especially if it's civvies who were NKed.

I don't know my thoughts really.
Epi, replacements replace anyone. Not just baddies. At basically a rate normal with initially getting the role. Not sure why your experience led you to believe otherwise.

As a replacement, I obviously have strong personal feelings against Epi's 3rd point. I also agree with the objections DP and Elo raised about it from a theoretical perspective.DisgruntledPorcupine wrote:I don't know my thoughts really.

I need to look at this more, but currently not feeling great about DP. Need to reread him and looking at AP as well this time.

Well shucks. Maybe you fellas are right after all about #3. That notion sure was a stretch. What was I even thinking, bringing up such a thing?
Wouldn't it be weird, though, if I brought it up to see who'd react to it and how?

They could vote for a civ and when my affiliation is revealed excuse themselevs by saying "well, he was acting really crazy."
However, by revealing my strategy in the thread, one of two things will happen: Either I get lynched, in which case the civvies have good info on who the baddies are based on who voted for me, or I survive and still have good info based on the votes for me. Re: [NIGHT 6] Super Meat Boy Mafia
FYI DP's computer has died, so he told me there's no way he'd be able to keep up here until it gets fixed.
Therefore, I'm currently looking for a replacement. If I can't find a 'proper' replacement, I know a certain someone who would love to replace back into the game, but as a host I usually prefer to replace in new blood, so we'll see what happens first. Just wanted to let all of you know what's going on and that I am working on a replacement as we speak.

No one has died.
Dr. Fetus was found! The players pursue him and arrive at Chapter 5: Rapture.
It is now Day 7. You have 24 hours to lynch a villain!

And when they do vote:
Now does that strike you as a fantastic coincidence or is just me?

Re: [DAY 7] Super Meat Boy Mafia
It does look like an interesting pattern, butt would they really be that obvious? I know when I was bad I tried my best not to vote for the same people my teammates did; or I rarely hesitated to throw on or two under the bus for credibility, so it was not only about lynching civs. This is why I rarely take votes into consideration. But then again, maybe not many play like that, and this might just be the case. They do look suspicious, but for the same reason the two of them always do. I sometimes don't even realise DP is playing. I dunno k, butt I see my buddy has disappeared yet again from the poll, along with another sneaky one and Russti.

I put 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, and a pinch of salt in a pan. I added 1/3 cup boiling water, brought it to a boil and then simmered and stirred for two minutes. Then I stirred in 3.5 cups whole milk and heated it to a good drinking temp. Then I stirred in 3/4 tsp of vanilla.
I didn't use cream although the recipe said that half and half can be used at the end to cool it down and thicken it up, but b/c I used whole milk, I didn't feel it needed to be thickened at all. It was very creamy as it was.

Well this is fun, I am replacing in to someone who is currently having votes thrown at them! I fear my second incarnation may be short lived.
The funny thing is, Rob's analysis is excellent and I would have totally gone along with it if I had not learned, just a couple of seconds ago when I got my new role PM, that it is completely wrong.
Don't kill me again, please! I want to live!

I have to vote now. I am going to vote BWT for his defensive response to Epi's post.
