I don't know why you keep calling them Mac's hunches when I clearly called them out first and Mac followed me. Stuff like this is bothersome in that it could explain Mac's death.
Noone should blindly follow the leads of someone who is dead. That's the way you let mafia control the action. It's great as a mafia to kill a strong town lead and then blindly go down their picks.
I want to see discussion not blind devotion.

That Lunalee thing is neat. That's the second potential teammate association I've seen including LC (first is Golden). Spooky.
Don't have the time to read into LC himself (it's almost 10pm and I'm catching up on the work I missed while I was out car shopping today), and I don't want to vote him because of what otherpeople have said.

Just going through Long Con's ISO, and found this from back then. Is dunya still on vacation?Long Con wrote: ↑Mon Apr 23, 2018 10:05 amNoted, but that's kind of a dangerous reason to keep a suspect alive.MacDougall wrote: ↑Mon Apr 23, 2018 9:50 am Despite me also sharing suspicion of her I wouldn't want to lynch Dunya this early unless the case was very good and we were devoid of better options because of the obvious 'she is a big town loss if mislynched'. Particularly in a game with this cast.
She has a lot of content to produce town or mafia. She won't get any harder to lynch unless she wins cred by helping us lynch her teammates. I say she is worthy of giving the benefit of the doubt more often than not. Last time she rolled scum she replaced out too. She doesn't worry me too badly as Mafia but losing her town skill does worry me. Her town skill is not a myth. It is legitimate and worthy of consideration.

But that doesn't come through in the post at all. Your first post days you're in on LC. If you were concerned about being the only vote there, why put it down in the first place?Lunalee wrote: ↑Mon Apr 30, 2018 10:50 amTrue. Then the second post says "still not happy with LC vote". So aside from the word still, there's no mention of "day is ending" or "I want my vote to be productive". In fact, the first post explicitly calls out the fact that nobody is voting LC, and you still seemed happy with the vote.

Re: Ancient Greece Mafia [Day 3]
No time for mafia today. Dissertation final draft is due in a couple weeks, and I have to get the newest version to my chair by tomorrow.
I haven't read anything since I last posted, so no idea why Choutas has votes. I'm voting Luna because the more I've thought about it, the more I can see LC's behavior from a possible town perspective (even if I'm hesitant to believe it), same with Sloonei (especially if he really is just a super busy townie), but I can't say I feel the same about Luna. Her reads and behavior seem, even if green, opportunistic for lack of a better word. There's no clear evidence of why she suspects or townreads anyone, and her reads IIRC have shifted in a suspicious manner.
I'll be back later in full swing, promise, sorry. This is a crucial day for me.

Re: Ancient Greece Mafia [Day 1]
I just perused Colin’s ISO and am noting that Colin’s primary suspect out of Luna was D1. It could have been a throw-away vote onto a teammate, but then he continues to hit home his suspicion of her before he even accrues votes in D2.
That doesn’t seem like teammate compatible behavior.
The following is his first player salad post on d1. If im not mistaken, I think he mostly listed the players with votes at the time. Except a few of them never garnered any votes as far as I know, so...????
Im going to remove the names and just look at context clues to determine how genuine he seems. I’m including my opinions after each person:

Player D looks suspicious in this context. I’ll have to dig deeper into dunya (starring Jason Bateman, coming soon to a theater near you)ColinIsCool wrote: ↑Mon Apr 23, 2018 6:00 pm Some thoughts:
{Person A}’s drunk posts make me read him as town, simply because I don't think a scum would try to play drunk. I'll stand corrected if anybody can counter.
Starting off a player salad with a civ read first and foremost leans good for this person. That it’s me is only icing on the cake.
Between {Person B} and {Person C}, I'm more impressed by {Person B}. He's my strongest town read right now, I think he's digging pretty deep into posts and asking good questions. On the other side, I don't know how {Person C} plays but but I think the defense of "this is my meta, you should believe me" is pretty weak.
Grade A label on Person B is a great sign for Person B. Also it’s Mac. Person C is the first criticism he has for someone. ‘Pretty weak’ is a pretty weak descriptor for someone and I think this is a pretty weak baddie lean for Person C, who is Golden, just in context here.
I always have a really hard time getting a read on {Player D}. Same for {Player E} in this game — I think he legitimately believes Golden is town, but that's all I can really feel from his posts.
Odd that he lumped in Player D and Player E into the same paragraph talking about how he can’t read them, but then expands on only Player E. Why even include Player D at all?Scummiest angle so far on Player D, who is dunya. Player E is only a mild civ lean, since he bothered to include it and handpicked one moment as explanation. Player E is MP.
I don't really get why {Player F} voted for me in particular, and I also think it's weird that he said the same thing I did in the post in question.![]()
Player F is already voting for Colin, so it appears they’re already at odds. I actually don’t see a strong indicator for teammate alignment with this post in particular. Player F is Sloonei.
{Player G} feels town to me, really clear-cut contributions that I agree with but I haven't played with him in so long that I can't remember what he plays like.
Strong civ defense of this person 7 players down the player salad is slightly concerning, but he uses similar descriptors to Player B, who we can safely assume was civ (Mac). So I’m actually leaning slight civ on this person. Player G is choutas
I have no idea what {Player H} is doing.
And I have no idea why you even included this person here. I would normally say this is mild scummy look on Person H, but then it’s Epi. So nevermind
