Thanks, that must be the one (I completely forgot about that game lol).

Yeah I was just looking there too. It wasn't that. I can't remember which game it was, or even if it was definitely Spacedaisy. It's of little consequence: your Choutas vote came at a suspect moment, Choutas's own posts make you look bad, and the weird night kill has marmot prints on it.

Looking at colin’s Iso

He has this habit of not quoting posts with answers to phantom questions and it’s slightly frustrating. Colin, do you do this every game?

You got through most of day 1 pretty actively promoting not lynching JJJ and MP, and voting lap, though I’m not entirely sure why.

Colini's posts reads like a scum player who wants to lynch the town player who deserves it the most.
^Someone talk to me about this.
You mean like Colin is going after low hanging fruit, easy suspects? Yeah, I could see that. His reads are probably the "easiest"; i.e., his town reads are active and his mafia reads are relatively inactive or acting weird.
I mean, I disagree with “low-hanging fruit” but it is true that I’m aligning the active people as town right now. I didn’t really think of that like that. But if people are “acting weird” as you say, what’s bad about suspecting them?
Safe is probably the term I’d use for Colin at this point in the game.

Also I’m almost done with his iso and he still hasn’t mentioned choutas but once. :ponder:
ColinIsCool wrote: Mon May 21, 2018 8:49 pm Okay, so reads:

JJJ, MP seem town. I’ve explained why for JJJ but MP also feels earnest and interested in solving the game. Epi seems to be playing as I have always seen him (town) so I can get behind him for now too.

I liked the cases made earlier on lapluie, Eloh, and I understood J’s ire toward Dyslexicon so I guess those are the biggest suspects. Because Marmot made one of those cases (lapluie) I would townread him too.

Scotty feels different to me from AG, where he was town, but maybe I’m not accustomed to his playstyle in general. Wolbre is playing similar to what I’ve seen but people have asked good questions of him and I don’t think he really addressed them. Choutas, as others have said, flying so far below radar I forgot he was here — not good. Slight scum lean on gut or soul or whatever.

Floyd, nothing. Nova, really not sure. Everybody I didn’t talk about, idk.
lol ok so his main suspect is lap (and I think Elo and Dys?The syntax of that sentence was weird) then slight shade to me and choutas.

Definitely safe reads all around though. Nothing condemning.

This came like 40 min before EoD:
ColinIsCool wrote: Mon May 21, 2018 9:07 pm I think there are better options than Choutas as I said, but I’d be fine with his lynch.
“As I’ve said”
no you didn’t. You said you preferred lap and read him as slight scum lean.

Bad look. I don’t like how your only mentionof choutas was slight scum and even at the end you slightly defend him.

I lean bad on Colin right now.
Where are you now on lap? And what has changed in reads for you?

Quick look at Elo because why not:

Needs to check when the poll ends, doesn’t want k Lynch JJJ.

Elohcin wrote: Tue May 22, 2018 8:45 am Good job guys! As I was reading through what was going on, I would have changed to Chou if I were here EoD. But alas, I was hanging out with the family.

I will try to be more active. My heart's just not in it.
So she votes because the spirits told her, but would have voted choutas if she were here, or so she says. Didn’t check when the poll ended, I’m assuming.

Kind of alarming that we lynch a baddie and her heart’s not in it. It could be NAI, but that seems like an odd time to lose energy, don’t it?

Girl, get some caffeine!

Anyway, that’s all for elo’s Mention of choutas. It’s not a great look. She also looks bad by disassociation and her post lynch comment

Wolbre:
wolbre04 wrote: Mon May 21, 2018 7:12 pm Here's My Reads list, I'll try to provide a small quip next to each one (just in the order i saw them)
Order of the Manboob
Wolbre04 - lord and savior
JJJ - t/t argument with MP7, me and Lilefer have a similar way of playing as t/t against each other
Charlie Black Man

Knights of the Nipple

Kyle
Lapluie - compared to a previous civ game, u look good
Colin
Quin
Nova - fine except that JJJ vote
MP7 - Argument with Jay seems t/t
Marmot/Mac - got us info that makes laplui look pretty good
Quin

Choutas
Dizzy - dont like your vote on JJJ
Scotty - always wants me dead
Choutas - Who is she

Sekiy
Elohcin
Floyd - Who is she

really exhausted tbh, ima get some sleep, cya guys later
Votes choutas early because “where you at” and never changes it. Even though he clearly has 2 people in darker colors, 1 of which is the same descriptor as choutas: “who is she”. I don’t think choutas really expected the train on choutas to take off like it did, but here we are

When asked about choutas’ regular play, he offers that chess usually is absent for times. So why is his vote there to begin with if his isn’t AI?

Post lynch:

Then he takes credit for it regardless of his empty vote there.

Something just seems off about he initial vote. He doesn’t come around to looking elsewhere, and his rainbow list shows that he otherwise had more suspicious reads on other people.

I wonder if he were more active in the later half of the day that he would have changed votes

Still think wolbr ebad

And lol I’m “meh compared to last game” :pout:

I could be convinced that dys only had choutas on his belt pouch and not on his back because he suspected Colin more, and I could be convinced that that side eye to choutas was a slight distance in the case of this lynch happening as it did. But I’m in the camp that dys is good right now. Just curious of how hisnread of Colin has changed

Ima look at Colin next
In terms of suspicion, I thought Choutas was more suspicious by a good margin actually. But he was already getting lynched at that point. I focused my energy into a suspect that didn't have a lot of attention at him at the time. It's rather typical of me. Try to poke the potential scum overlooked if I can. Even if I exaggerated some of my concerns with Colins a bit to see how I felt, I still see a lot of stuff that points to town for him, and his tone is good, so it's more likely he's town is what I think right now. In terms of post lynch Colin had a post where he explicitly said he thught Choutas was not the best lynch target when it was clear Choutas was most likely the lynch. It would be a bit weird if they were teamed to say that. Does this make sense?

Does anyone know what Lapluie looks like as mafia?

Also, what is up with Eloh? She directly accuses Wolbre, and when Wolbre calls it out she1s like "why are you putting words in my mouth"? How do players who knows Eloh read this?

Sure. Can you remind me of your most recent couple of mafia-aligned games? I think the GOC was one.
Thanks, that must be the one (I completely forgot about that game lol).

This might be what you're thinking of. But even then, her suspicion was voiced differently then you describe.
Yeah I was just looking there too. It wasn't that. I can't remember which game it was, or even if it was definitely Spacedaisy. It's of little consequence: your Choutas vote came at a suspect moment, Choutas's own posts make you look bad, and the weird night kill has marmot prints on it.
So aside from my vote, you suspect me because of circumstantial events that I can't defend against.

Why is my the timing of my vote suspect?

You’re saying you exaggerated your bad read of him at the time? It just seems like a jump as your vote at the end of day 1 ito the rainbow from today. Which posts do you find of his that swayed you? Or was it an overall tone, non-specific kind of thing?

Reasons for those increases too, since I guess you will ask:

- Dizzy's effort looks as genuine as anyone else's at the moment, and I appreciate their ribbing me to get a reaction — that's something I do as town, so, intuitively it makes sense in scumhunting to me
- Scotty looks like he's coming back into what I remember from being against him in AG when he was town so this is a small uptick to avoid putting him in neutral
- Marmot, circumstantial evidence between Mac and Choutas, and his vote on Choutas still really is not a good look. not sure tho.
- MP, vote on Choutas, found the answer unsatisfactory. a few other things here and there that are more gut-based than anything, idk
- wolbre, not liking what I'm seeing lately as discussed.

why ask permission? I think you and Mp where the last 2 to vote there, but I also don’t know what the totals of everyone else were at the time.

It could be said on one hand that you and MP drove the nail in the coffin and would be looking pretty, but I don’t know how much of choutas’ lynch was going towards inevitability at that point.

Does anyone remember what the votals were before Mp and marmot switched?

Before MP and I changed votes, it looked something like this. I had my vote on lapluie, and MP had his on Elohcin.
4 - Choutas
2 - Dizzy
2 - Elohcin
2 - lapluie
After we switched votes, it looked like this.
6 - Choutas
2 - Dizzy
1 - Elohcin
1 - lapluie

My vote was more for pressure and kind of a "I mean business!" when I interacted with him. Overall he looked fine, but a kind of "fine" that could still be scum played smartly, and throughout my catch up he read like not really being here, like a commentator more than a player. I guess he has both bad and good tone at the same time. I don't think I can list a bunch of specifics in my read on him, at least not the stuff that points towards him being scum. It was more of a hunch I wanted to pursue. I've kind of lost interest.

I second this actually. I also don't like that he was the one to be like "no but the kill was actually clever come on guyezzz" for more or less silly reasons, but like, I think Quin would be a player that would be low key bothered if other players called his play not smart. : p Does that make sense?

It's still a hard game.

Story time - On PerC, there's said to be a curse that goes somewhat like this: If town lynches mafia D1 they are sure to lose in the end. It's been true so many times. I don't think Cindy Kate has that same curse though. o.o

Marmot - I still don't like your infamous vote, and the words that came with it. I don't like that you ask why the timing of it is suspicious, when that's been discussed already. I'm uneasy of your active and involved play style (even though I really like it) cause I haven't seen it that much when you're town before. Although I remember you as pretty involved (and wanting to keeel me) in Phenon way back. I also think you're a good talker in general, so I have my smart ass filter on when reading you. : p

Also, what is up with Eloh? She directly accuses Wolbre, and when Wolbre calls it out she1s like "why are you putting words in my mouth"? How do players who knows Eloh read this?

I only ever played once as a mafia on this site & died first I think... 2stresful being bad! & I wasnt much attentive.

I can't trust eloh

Oh, I was speed tone reading ISO thingy Wolbre and Colin in the Ancient Greece game.

I think Wolbre is town, just from tone. I don't feel like explaining this more or betting on it. But it would be really nice if he could do some active scum hunting, cause he hasn't done much as far as I'm concerned (other than being sassy and showing a good gif game), and I know he's capable, so... awaiting magical results.

Colin seemed like Colin, but less active in that other game. Didn't get a whole lot out of that.
