I would like to know since Kyle and I fought about it whether a rescue from the chatzy by DDL was subject to the 1/3 chance recruited and 1/3 chance dying.

You were abducted both times. The abduction took priority over everything except faction mafia kills which took priority over everything else. Which also answers Dunya's question.

Oh and by the way, the way I signaled sig and dunya was I checked someone then posted about that person in the morning saying I thought they were bad or good and included an emoji in the post. So when they saw the emoji they knew my "opinion" was the result of a check. This was something we worked out in the chatzy.

I would like to know since Kyle and I fought about it whether a rescue from the chatzy by DDL was subject to the 1/3 chance recruited and 1/3 chance dying.

It was not. It was a straight up rescue. Garnet was able to transport you directly back to safety whereas your escape meant going through the trial. Unfortunately the event never occurred to trigger anybody's escape.

The full rules of the Endless Void are as below.

At night there is a random chance that a person confined to the Chatzy of Lost Souls finds a way to escape. This starts at 5% and goes up by 5% each phase that they reside there.

If that player escapes there is a random event. In the event the player is a civilian there is a ⅓ chance they will die upon escape, a ⅓ chance they will fall in love with the Abyss and have their win con switched to the same win con as The Endless Void and a ⅓ chance they will escape freely.

In the event the player is Independent or Mafia aligned upon their escape there is a ⅔ chance they escape unimpacted. There is a ⅓ chance they kill the Endless Void on their way out, thus liberating the remaining participants there.

The Endless Void is not allowed to enter The Chatzy of Lost Souls and cannot self target.

If The Endless Void is lynched or otherwise killed, the Chatzy of Lost Souls is completely destroyed.

yeah i knew, or.... well i didnt know but i was ignoring your logic a little cus i was desperate and cornered. speedchuck was a civ this game so i had to do whatever i could to win. my only hope was somehow getting turniphead and ddl on my side which was realistically not going to happen.

i sent the kill pm without telling the team my choice and sloonei panicked near the end of day and sent a different kill in on Colin to make sure we didn't miss the night. it was my fault.

though i wasn't killing you cus of the cop thing, I completely forgot about that, you were just a really unlikely mislynch and sig seemed like he was more likely to be protected cus of his jack of all trades fakeclaim that included a protection.

i knew i was fucked but i had to do my best to win anyways. i did my best, i have no regrets.

You did an absolutely great job Kyle. Your Long Con stuff earlier in the game had me convinced until I did those two checks on C-bob and Turnip Head. And as I said, you still had me second guessing myself at the end.

The only ones I remember were nutella scum, Scotty scum and dunya town. I didn't know the margin of error so after nutella's flip I decided it was going to affect my reads too much.
