In fairness I haven't really managed to get into the game much but I am curious why it feels like there is no strong town effort here. The ship teams appear to have really dulled collective scum hunting in this game. Post count might not be the best thing to look at but if you look here we're on day 4 on 2134 posts and over in the other game where we got scum on day one it's night one and it's on 3035 posts.

In isolation I am wondering if the perceived town leaders are really trying here.

That game has MP and JJJ and such.

Don't compare it to this game.

This one has speedchuck, DDL, Golden etc. etc.

This is as fake as fuck. Fake fake fake. The Luna CFD attempt was a fake out. The intention was always for DDL to get his vote off Enrique and distance Enrique from being a viable counterwagon. The amount of time that DDL had allowed to pass between having his vote on him and saying "this Enrique wagon isn't taking off was 13 minutes.

I'm not right, because scumhunting is not a science and most tells are bullshit. I listen to others, I second-guess myself all the time, and I don't put too much stock on ISOs because they are prone to confirmation bias.

Adopt that and watch yourself actually become good at this game.

Yeah I have to agree with this. It's like what I was saying to Golden earlier about having humility and considering your reads might be wrong. I sometimes get really cocky with my reads too but it is really important to step back and consider every perspective. It's why I tend to be wishy-washy and flip floppy and why I think that is a good town trait to have.

I’m inclined to vote DDL, but am I wrong to to think Sokoth doth protest too much in that initial big post?

That was my initial thought too. Sokoth's response felt weirdly disproportionate to Nova's post, with shades of NO U too. Also him making a point of Nova already putting a vote on him today when votes are changeable reads like he's trying to make Nova look shadier than warranted.

I do agree with DH that DDL was pretty wishy-washy early on, which I hate to admit since our crew is already lagging behind the rest.

I'm not really clear on what the case on Wilgy even is.

DDL's recent posts have come across as genuine to me, so I'm feeling better about him right now. I think if there's a baddie between him and Lunalee it's her, but I want to read over her posts again before voting.

Also Sokoth is not reading any better to me. He's being overly defensive without really giving a satisfactory defense.

Overall I feel worse about Luna than Sokoth. At least I can see where Luna is coming from in her defense, so I'm going to [VOTE: Sokoth] aubergine.

I meant it the other way around, not sure how I messed that up. Luna's defense makes some sense to me, Sokoth felt like he was avoiding actually engaging the points made against him.

Anywho I have a great idea that I am sure everyone will agree on but it requires @Turnip Head and @DharmaHelper to play along.

So Enrique and DDL have had suspicions on one another since day zero and despite both having been up for lynches at separate times never managed to get the other one lynched despite Herculean efforts!

DFaraday - Epi made a good point about DF reacting mostly to Sokoth after 3 days of absence, but DH has decent points as well. This would be a hard bus. On a side note, though, I have a tell I've often used. "The fourth vote on a wagon is suspect." The fourth vote is what turns a player from a suspicion to a contender, and it's when you can bandwagon pretty easily while looking genuine. On town OR on scum (as a bus), I find mafia are often around there on the wagon. It sounds stupid, but it happens.
Would prefer to know if DF is prone to bussing, and if he's prone to mentioning teammates in the thread rather than avoiding talking about them.

By the way, so that I'm being clear to the people reading, if you follow back the original post DDL quoted it's a whole paragraph on how he suspected me rather than me tunneling him.
