Glory Released

The deeper beasts that the people wished to banish hid away that day, in the deep and dark places, but they would not be satisfied until blood was spilled. Epignosis stoically took the rotten vegetables and feces that were flung at him as he was marched, naked and beaten, through the town. Surrounded by hateful faces and violent cries, he was pushed forward, feet hobbled by chains and bleeding from the sharp cobblestones, to the last place he would see in this Realm.

His hands were roughly yanked above his head, and bound to a long pole. His feet, oto, were fixed to the pole, and he was raised high, anguish distorting his face. A wicked curved blade was produced, rusty and covered in dried and dark stains. The crowd cheered and jeered as the executioner jammed the blade into Epignosis' crotch, slowly dragging it upward until it met his rib cage.

Suddenly the crowd fell silent, as pure white light began to pour forth from Epi's split torso. His entire body strained upward, splitting open more, and a figure began to emerge. Many in the crowd fell prone from extreme awe, and the rest fell to their knees, or simply stood, slack-jawed and uncomprehending. The figure had golden skin, and intense, glowing blue eyes. A double pair of magnificent wings unfurled, and the figure's might radiated outward doubly.

Finally free of His imprisonment in Epignosis, the Avatar of Long Con, the Supreme Deity gazed around the Realm, seeing all, and a concerned look crossed His face. "This Realm is broken, flawed, and cannot continue...revel in your final days, residents of the Realm. Your purpose of existence is near fulfilled."

Epignosis has been lynched. He was the Avatar of Long Con.

It is now Night 11.

Jagged Blade rebrands to help expansion bid

In a bid to be more relateable to the few remaining survivors of the cataclysm and on the back of saving the town from the evil Corrupt Remnant and bring forth the supreme deity to end existence as we know it, the Jagged Blade have decided to rebrand from their mysterious and threatening regal purple to a more foresty green colour.

Jagged Blade spokesperson Ken Racken at a press conference this morning said that the new move would help increase the number of people joining the JB's "Friends of the Blade" program, which would help them in their quest to devour the known universe with their deep sea monster.

"Our friends of the Blade program has been a real boon for us as of late." Mr. Racken said.

"By offering support to the less fortunate, such as with our animal shelter for stray cats, our brand is at an all time high when it comes to public image. The time has never been more right for a rebrand."

"I knew cat's liked seafood but I had no idea just how much!"

Mr. Racken said that tenders are currently being sought for the rebrand, and that there has already been a healthy level of interest from the private sector.

Personally I would like to lynch DH. I think he has to have more going on here than "no win condition" since I have the impression that this game is taking up alot of time, and the few posts a day he makes here don't seem to be time suckers of that magnitude tbh, this thread is mainly baddie shitposting at this point. I think the remaining civs are all "meh" at this point, watching the baddies manipulate each other lol

So if he isn't in YOUR chatroom (and maybe he is, lol) I would wonder where all this time is going if I were you.

Maybe you all have my lynch all arranged. That would be OK, I checked out around amulet time when all the overtly reverse psychology back chatter started in here. I did my part for the civs early on Night 2, but I pretty much sucked the rest of the game. I would be super hard to NK, so I figured I would either be lynched at some point, or I would be alive in here alone with all the gloating baddies pretending to not be baddies, and I don't know that I could deal. You guys can be pretty funny, and I want to care, but it isn't easy.

Plus I would guess you want revenge on me, Mac, so whatever.

Why would I want to take revenge on you? Every player left in this game is my homie? I'm not even gonna kill anyone anymore. You guys can just play like I don't exist. Jagged Blade has turned a new leaf, non government organisation.
