assassinations have been on the even nights. :\ maybe it's an alternating thing and the mafia only kills on odds, meaning there's someone else assassinating on even nights? could that be it

i've gotta assume the mafia is down to their last one. whatever the deal is with with the assassin; i guess we'll just worry about it later? we have no clues to figure them out except for the fact that it's probably not enrique, and even if eliminating the mafia first results in the assassin getting an every night kill, that's still a more easily managable scenario than the alternative, unless the assassins are a small group i guess

Agreed, was anyone hit by his power? As in had their vote multiplied if so they should claim just to check up.

It seems unlikely that the vig/sk/3p team have managed to hit 2 mafia members and we've lynched 2.

With 4 dead and all colored the same it would need to be a team of 4 and 2 or 4 and 3 so I'd say highly unlikely.

Assuming it's an sk making the kills I'd question why they'd be so civ aligned. Unless they thought quin/jay werent mafia. This leads me to believe they don't have a LMS type condition.

I'm leaning towards a 3p type role maybe one that has to align. That was a thing in a few games this year correct?

Or of course it could be an assassin vig.

my main issue with sprityo is the vague and contradictory nature of his description of what his role is/does and how it's effected the game and almost kept the mafia lunalee away from danger, and how he first (sorta) implied that he had info on luna but then later claimed his vouching for luna was based on figuring out game things and expressing it confidently, but then even later than that said that he must have read his info wrong, even though no one asked that.

i guess that's the main thing

I don't think I pursued anything once I found out about the wound and such. Unsure what the timeline was with the forced votes, but I can't imagine I had noticed that either. Doesn't seem like something I would do.

OMG. Never, ever, ever, ever will I believe Jay again using personal reasons for not posting up to his usual level in a game. That was an inspired shot from whoever did it. I don't know if it's a civ vig or an SK, I don't feel like I have enough info to tell. I'm going to assume for now there is one more mafia.

I'm going to start by examining speed and sprit today because I looked at Kyle yesterday and after his answer to me I felt pretty good about him. Not completely convinced he's not bad but I haven't really examined speed and need to. The hard thing about speed for me is last year's GOC where he defended someone who turned out to be bad like he did Luna in this game but he was in fact good (S~V~S pointed this out earlier).

I think Luna is town personally. She's being really opportunistic right now, and not jive-ing with peoples' logic, and that's... pretty normal IMO. Scum Luna is usually more reserved and careful.

But I've established my track record as being bad at reading Luna.

I think sprityo is our best option. I explained more earlier but in summation i don't like the way he handled the lunalee thing. I don't like that he implied having information before backtracking and saying he didn't have information and saying it was actually intuition (okay this much is fine, I can see why one might do that) but then when lunalee flipped bad he claimed that he did ha e information but he read it wrong. idk why sprityo makes that post Luna death correction except to save face.

I can understand being vague if he had information earlier on and didn't want to tip his cards too much. but later on flipping his cards over and saying "actually I did have information all along, I just used it wrong", especially right after the flip and right before a night phase betrays that priority, in a way that seems to use knowledge to defend more against the town than it defends against the mafia

Ok, something is going on here, and I have to share it because it's an open-info game, and because it's getting relevant. I started this lynch with two extra votes. I got wounded last night.

So, first off, put that in your lynch result calculations. If you maybe don't want me lynched, which would be great, then I might need a little extra love.

But it goes further than that, I was looking back over some posts, and I looked at Mac's death and role reveal again:

The One-Hour Werewolf
During the Night, you exhibit lycanthrope for exactly one hour and ravage the town and mafia alike. During the Night, in a one hour window, you will use your feral sense to sniff out a lie (you may lie detect one thing said in that window), use your heightened hearing and sight to learn who targeted whom during that hour, and scratch and claw at someone who posts during that time (he or she will begin the next Day with two votes due to wounds).

Mac was dead already during Night 2, when I got the wounds. I think what this means is that we have a role that can copy the powers of the dead. Maybe it's one of the people voting for me. Maybe it's nijuu, who is so enigmatic about her vote. (or is she vote-forced?)

It would really work for me if a role that uses dead player abilities was usually a baddie role, but I guess it's kind of neutral. In A World Reborn, the Grim Shaman was a baddie and had that power, as I recall. I see it as a better power for baddies to have. Makes more sense - they can kill cool roles for the sole purpose of harvesting their powers. Actually, that's a good point - if you reveal YOUR role/ability in the thread, they might want to harvest YOU! srsly tho

If some Civvie used the Werewolf power last night, then they have the potential to have lie-detected someone and detected targeting as well.

That is very interesting, especially given the two FORCED votes on TH yesterday.

It doesn't mean much regarding your alignment, but it does kinda make me want to move my vote.
