vanity lock town
You're late to the game on this one.
hmmm
radish
are you scum
No.
For the crowd: when did this became a viable scumhunting technique?
It's more of a way to vocalize that I have a sudden concern about you, more of a rhetorical question
Oh I see. Was it the peanut butter > nutella comment? Soz.
If it's any consolation I can see you as scum more these days (see my above post) than before as well. We can scumread each other, if you want? I can do some charts?
like eva, i understand that you find pawn to be right very often but...
why does pawn have to be right in this instance? and more importantly, why is pawn towny to you? and if pawn is a wolf, what does that mean for iaafr and mac's alignments?

Why are you pushing for associative reads? Isn't this too early into the game?

i'm not the one pushing for associative reads? eva is saying that pawn saying mac and iaafr are town, makes mac and iaafr town. i'm not the one that is making that association, eva is making it. hence why i'm questioning her.

We're at that stage of D1 where I go from townreading everyone for stupid reasons to scumreading everyone for stupid reasons.

I followed along a bit at work today. Just got home.
I think the biggest takeaway from the Eva/Nute dichotomy is that Jack is probably town. This is good, as I was ready to scumread him for a lacklustre opening to the game. But his angle on Eva/Nute seems way too much effort for a scum to take on a fight that, one presumes, involves one or two town.

Jimmy has said I can let you guys know that I've requested a replacement for my slot.
NAI, just have RL stress kicking my ass right now and it's making this game feel more like yet another chore to get to and making me grumpy and stressed whenever I am here.
Have fun tho, and thanks for inviting me @MacDougall ! I'd like to come back and try out Syndicate games some other time, I like this place.
My final request is for there to be more thirsty gifs of both Ellen Page and Joseph Gordon Levitt. This is an Inception game, people, get your act TOGETHER.
dumbass read: only town makes this kind of sub-out post
Master Radishes wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2019 4:12 pm
Lmao you guys really hate that Jack read.
I just don't think it's good unless you think Jack has a weak wolf game. I'm obviously suspicious now that you wanted to give Jack a TR for whatever reason and forced the read in question.

This is a very unusually large amount of shade towards me, disproportionate to anything I've actually done
Given I only started reading the thread today and idt I've expressed any scum reads both of Eva's criticisms fall very flat
Not really prepared to vote right now since I don't have a handle on the game state but unofficially voting Eva

@Evenstar juliets tends to save her vote for later/stronger reasons I think, probably nai (light culture note here, some of us here on the syndicate used to play with non-changeable votes a lot so there's still some mindset of waiting to vote, but for the most part we've gotten used to changeable votes on the last few years)
That's useful information! Does the same hold for Michelle?
If this is the case, why are you scumreading Juliets anyway?

Don't know about Michelle but I don't think so, afaik she has mostly played on MU (maybe somewhere else too?)
And I have explained my read of juliets as much as I could, it's a weak tone thing. Completely unrelated to her not voting yet.

This also isn't true at all, which now that I think about it Eva would know that I use my vote liberally given I voted her multiple times on WC1

I see now sorry for misunderstanding i am way behind with the thread but i want to directly interact at this hour.

Eve ftr i don't vote in mashes as RVS or to obtain reads and this is close to a mash. And if i vote i dislike to change my vote. My all MU games except the last (from lack of time) are linked in VMs in my profile there with role and AI explained. If you need meta help yourself
