Yeah, I would not call Tony a town read, but the concerns that he is laying low and not living up to Champs standards are not immediate mafia indicators to me. For reference, these are the two wolf games I have seen from Tony:

The Polka Heist

In both games he was highly involved and devious. He is not the type of player to give up at the sight of a non-town role card. I do not view is lighter-than-normal participation here as alignment indicative.

I looked a bit through fallout and it seemed similar to here imo, actually.

How so?

The content might be similar. I haven’t looked for a direct comparison between the two. I’m mostly just referring to his volume in this game.

Also re Dunya as I think someone had asked about her. See her interactions with me, they make me read her as a cautious civ. I don't see the angle where she pushes me as an "enigma" if she's scum with little to no pressure, meaning it's more likely a cautionary attitude... Which makes sense towards me I guess.

I don’t care about your vote for this theory. The idea is that if you and Marcher are teammates, one of you was going to be eliminated no matter what yesterday. Having a vote on Marcher is a foregone conclusion. The conversation shifted abruptly to me, and it is clear and obvious that Marcher was complicit in that agenda. You were also part of it. My question is whether or not your involvement was coordinated. I would ask the same question of mac.

this is mildly egotistic, but KZA had a scumread on me yesterday and opened with a townread today iirc. I'm insanely easy to push and already had a middleground read on KZA. The adjustment isn't really necessary as a wolf, I think.

Was once a cactus.

Has a strong town game, and, in fact, is the resident expert on Canucks.com at finding scum in D1. (Lately, he hasn't lived very long after that.) Doesn't rand scum often and it is his weaker alignment to play.

Until Champs this year, where he was unjustly misyeeted D1 because of culture clash, he hasn't played off site as far as I know. Thus I expect him to come into this game...not hesitant or anything, but perhaps a little less sure in himself than when on familiar ground. He won't be able to rely on meta, which forms a vital core of his strong D1 reads on CDC.

So far he's been light and breezy but trying to poke a bit, albeit maybe not effectively. But basically he seems comfortable enough considering he's surrounded by strangers, some of whom have a bit of a pedigree.

(There is a bit of a chance his scum game will be better here because of those same factors, of course.)

Idk how Jovan plays but nothing he's said is interesting or a hot take, just talked about game mechanics and gone why why why this that.

This was the first time I felt a slight twinge of suspicion, but I think it was a sensitive reaction on my part because this is the type of thing people usually say about me. Those people are not always town, but they're not always mafiers either. Either way, I didn't love this read. Asking questions = good. KZA reiterated this exact point later on:

I am not sure I agree that there's been little-to-no follow up from Marcher Jovian, and even if there is, sometimes the line of inquiry ends after a single step. Speaking from experience. Also my slogan has always been that a question on Day 1 has value on Day 3. Basically I'm responding to this accusation as if it is personally directed at me.

I like throwing votes everywhere and making audacious claims. On day 1 I look for da scum of course.

I don't really see this approach being backed up by his Day 1 play. I see a reactionary player who is not moving the needle very much. dunya called his reads "safe" and people argued about that word, but I see what she is getting at. KZA's reads are stated as though they're in a bubble. I do not see him prodding his suspects to advance his reads much at all. They are not active reads.

Well I think his case was like "I ISO'ed him and his bad, I had 2/2 on him before so I'm right". It's doesn't feel like a townie that built a case and feel super confident in it.

That's a not random distribution but it's probably not too far off. the accusers look by far the worst, nightwings second, essence third, pyre looks not the worst.
