If it was ME, I'd say my main purpose there is to maintain consistency with my "always antagonize the towncore to keep them honest" style, as well as to keep me a safe and explainable distance away from the butchering of my packmate that I cannot stop.

Maybe this is true, but if this is the explanation as to why sprityo tried to attack Oddmerta, then it doesn't make you look any better, because a wolf Tim would be motivated by much the same reasons

A wolf Tim would have snapped Sprit's neck in wolfchat for getting next to him like that actually, but maybe that's why Sprit ran away from the thread.

I have wanted many times to snap my partner's neck in wolfchat, but unfortunately I can't because usually doing so just makes matters worse.

I try to foster a wolf chat atmosphere where a Sprityo would have checked in BEFORE piling on with w!Tim like that, but ymmv.

I am a little concerned that Ted saying I had no mech was TMI given Sprityo's flip

Wouldn't the wolves be wanting to emphasize your mech, knowing they had misdirected it though?

So, Sprit sabotaged your mech. Later in the day there's some discussion over whether you had mech feeding your reads. If Ted is a wolf, and he knows that any mech you have is bad wouldn't he be saying "oh, yeah, he probably has mech, better follow that...let's kill Tim"?

If your mech is polluted the wolves want to push that you have mech, not deny it.

i am like 80% sure mac doesn't actually have anything mechanically relevant to his assertions and just wants to lead the yeets before he dies in the hopes that he's right
