I'm feeling annoyed at Radish which from my experience means that I should townread him.

I have no past experience of feeling annoyed at you, I was talking that it is a general towntell.

I think part of becoming the strongest player you can possibly be in Mafia is overcoming your own annoyance at other players even when your ego would be at risk if you are wrong (eg you being Mafia here and fooling me like that).

We will see if you decided to play it out like this as Mafia (I would have no qualms over it, fair play, I would just be surprised because most people don't do that. Color me impressed even.)

There is a dose of exaggeration for the purpose of making a point, his words are not literal. When talking in a casual tone u often exaggerate in social situations. Marmot's literal self-description of his town playstyle would be "I tend to focus on getting accurate reads more so than getting myself townread", I'm pretty sure.
