Like I mean it's fine but, imo, if you're of the opinion that a player in the game is pushing mafia and shielding town, it's probably reasonable to make the conclusion they're town. Even if you're not sure like, this is still where your thoughts are at. I'd assume the read to be more like, "as it currently stands I think Esooa is town," not "I don't really care that they're acting pro-town cause MAYBE THEY:"RE SCUM"

As for why he's a town read, idk. I'm trying to figure him out. And Ellie too. yeah, ok, she took it to a strong and stubborn extreme that i wouldn't. I could see a potential scum motivation for leaning into it that hard, but I also don't think it's an unreasonable view for a townie to have, just that if she's town she should be open to needing to reevaluate if she's wrong
