I've played this game for 11 years, and I've very very rarely see two readslist formatted so alike. Each person has their own unique way of formatting their readslist, like a personal signature, and the BK readslist and the foresight readslist were formatted identically. When two signatures from two different people are identical I start to think one is a forgery.

I think what you're missing is that if the enclave is eliminated quickly (before d6), vault city loses by default. Ergo, there isn't much point to deliberately eliminating vault city peeps early.
