I think Dom is town. As someone said, scum Dom doesn't get so into the vicious back-and-forth - that comes from Dom knowing that he is right, and believing fully that his opponent is a wolf trying to take him down.
And I wouldn't decide to townread Esooa in the late Day for a single post if we're bad together. I keep on distancing. She wasn't at risk of a yeet at that point.
Esooa's reaction (pretending not to know what Vault City was) and her mentioning me... those are two separate things with no connection that Esooa created. Urist is the one who connected me with Vault City for some incomprehensible reason. Esooa just responded directly to that. It could have been any name, and she would have said the same. I townread LC. Two people who know Dom's meta have said he is town, and I did feel he was relatively townie D1 despite deepwolf concerns. I don't think Dom should be the D2/D3 exe.
