The Wastelanders win the game if the Enclave are eliminated and no more than one member of the Vault City and Hubologists factions combined is left alive.

Vault City is dead. Hubologists already lost SPF.

The NCR wins the game if the Enclave are eliminated and no more than one member of the Vault City and New Reno factions combined is left alive.

NCR is probably dead so this doesn't really concern them unless you want to help them win.

The Brotherhood of Steel wins the game if the Enclave are eliminated and no more than one member of the Vault City and Slavers factions combined is left alive.

Arroyo wins the game if the Enclave are eliminated and no more than one member of the Slavers and Hubologists factions combined is left alive.

Wastelanders are possibly alive. Arroyo hasn't lost anyone yet.

JJJ is dead so this doesn't really matter unless you think Falcon deserves a win.

Like if there exists a living hubo then yes, any living arroyo need the slaver to die (or the hubo). This is a decent reason for a hubo to not claim. However, I suspect any arroyo in the game will not make it til end of game

Last few day phases in my timezone ended in about an hour and 12 minutes.

Day was shortened for that, I believe. If it was shortened back to the time for EoD1, then I would be surprised.

Btw, I'm not sure if the wolves can really risk choosing their kills based on TvT factions.

Some factions have vote manipulation abilities, if they have the roles. I did an investigation much earlier in this game and there are like a million roles for town that can affect votes, and the only scum-vote effects are slaver and vault city....for which Vault City has already died.
