So here is my thinking on EoD...Marmot/Mogh are the wagons that have potential.

I was pretty much at "sure either one."

Mac comes in singing "DADV" and stirring things up and people shuffle feet, but was there really ever any doubt that one of the two mains would go? No there was not.

Wolf Mac, if both mains were villagers, would have been will served to kill Marmot, because if he had I would STILL be trying to kill Mogh.

Mac chose to kill Mogh.

I wanna kill Marmot.

This seems very reasonable to me.

Why change it up at all?
This isn’t the first night he jumped to another wagon- hell, if I recall D2, you started putting pressure on SSF after Marmot started gaining in the poll.

This is something I’ll have to look at, because I’m not convinced Marmot is NOT mafia, but I’m sus that if there was a save attempt for any reason, it would have been him- twice in 2 days.

Because Mac was already starting to look suss to people who know him...to me and to whoever shot him at the least...a Mac NOT vote hopping in the EoD runup? That's a wolf, period, and if he tried that I might have gone for him yesterday...and apparently he didn't do it enough. At some point post game I'll compare notes with whoever shot him and see if we saw the same things...but yeah Mac can't just stand pat there, it would be a dead giveaway.

Looking at EOD and most of the day tbh he wasn’t *against* voting Marmot, but he was ready to crush Mog/Flanders into finely grated pepper flakes. That wasn’t a secret

I liked my case, and I was always gonna wind up on Mogh. But I was certainly not gonna hard defend Marmot...I did question the fact that no one seemed to have any really good case though.

No. It was more of an aftermath thing.

Take it or leave it as you will, but I can think of a small handful of people who could walk in here and say "I shot Mac because I saw this when I looked back on EoD" and I would believe them immediately. I dunno if I'd have actually nutted it up enough to pull the trigger on that hero shot, but I am pretty sure I understand the read.

Okay angry dog, but still think about it. Marmot/Mogh are the serious wagons. Mac has AT LEAST three partners out there, if Marmot is town he has four. He is gonna put some pressures out there to look Macish.

Okay, I have to be honest...I'm a GREAT candidate if I am Mac's partner. I eat EoD pressure like candy. Mac and I jousting at EoD is a time honored tradition regardless of alignments. I never spew.

There are so many good choices that at least one of them I would think was available, but Mac pressed Gavial. Gavial under a slight EoD pressure is liable to do...anything...claim anything...spew anything...his entire meta is "unpredictable."

I'm thinking Gavial is town there. If he does something crazy and gets himself chopped Mac can say "not my fault." Perfect place to press on a townie.
