Allcrab fell on the right side of history on the day OC was shot. I'd be more comfortable if there was anything at all to fill the void coming before that day phase. Allcrab didn't have much of anything to say about the slot prior.

I haven't posted a review on that specific topic, no. I did just take a quick look (I am stepping out the door). I'm of two minds:

1) His griefing about your being "anti-town" seems like a nice thing for you.

I’m in no place to take a closer look now. But he had followed the game to some degree even before joining it, and I don’t recall you accumulating votes. I dunno what would signal to OC that MacDougall is the guy to go after if he really wants to force a miss — especially with Act on the block.

I don't really know what you mean. When I first noticed them come in my inclination was that they seemed kinda towny because they seemed disconnected from things. Choosing to push on me from their position kinda made me think there was no agenda behind it. It just felt like some little dog yapping at me. Going after me from their perspective as mafia indicates that they were either in a team that was kinda disconnected/defeated or comprised of people who didn't understand the futility of pushing on me at the time. Or I guess there is the alternative which is that they were in anti-spew or being told to push on me for the wifom of it.

I was actually thinking about the poison targets. They are insidious and calculated. N1 they go after a big dog in Alison, who was a very realistic NK target, which would have been quite a waste if the poison double stacked (assuming that the poisoner is 3p). She also looked very town. So quite a wolf-siding shot from most people's perspective. Since then all the shots have been POE, but not the most POE, just sort of outside the range of being the optimal chop. Never NK choices, but also probably not going to be chopped. So since n1, they have hard townsided. The more the game has progressed towards a town win, the more the poisoner has felt like they've been trying to help the town win? It feels like each of them has specifically been selected to:

a) Avoid getting healed by town (LC)
b) Avoid being the NK target (because POE)
c) Have high potential to be mafia (because POE)
d) Not be optimal chop targets.

With the exception of Alison.

If Alison wasn't the first target, I would be nearly convinced the poisoner is in fact Alison. If the poisoner is 3p, they are trying to help town steamroll the mafia. Which would indicate that they are strong towncore, paying close attention and do not fear losing to the town if the mafia get cleared before them.

Or the poisoner is in fact a town-aligned poisoner? I doubt it, but it could be the case.

Sometimes poisoner roles have the ability to choose to fake it. If this poisoner has that then it's Alison 100%.

If it's not Alison, it could be TSP but I am not entirely sure that Tangy would have targeted Alison n1, and the targets feel more conscious while Tangy was disconnected from the game? I guess I could just be misreading that.

Allcrab has a point about the Bad Bunny poison, also I am not sure any of the targets truly make that much sense for Allcrab.

We can coordinate a way to test Alison's by tying the vote and making sure the person Jay does not vote for reaches the vote total first. If there is an apparent tie, Jay should have a double vote, so whoever he votes for should die. If he does not have a double vote, then the other person will die. If he does not have a double vote, Alison lied.

Okay, end of Page 9. Guillo pointed out possible wolves in Nutella/Alison. Guillo also went from simply bear posting to regular posting in a way I kind of like (he wanted to do a gimmick, but then it feels like he just got excited as town and dropped the gimmick). Clearly Nutella was a hit, and I agree about Alison thus far. Mac also kind of pushed in that direction, and Nutella seems to be trying to butter Mac up afterwards (defended Mac at some point, and talked about how good Mac was in spiderverse, blah blah blah), so I am giving Mac a few town points here. Guillo probably also good, but seems to be getting less reactions from Nutella and others. I'd like to see Alison's flip to help sort these two.

There is 1 wolf between Jay, Sonny and Tangy. Nutella had more deep and meaningful interactions with Tangy than Jay and Sonny up to this point. She made no effort to defend Jay from me when I tried to push him nor did any kind of "Jay is just town" deflated shit so that means she probably was enjoying him getting pushed and just townreads him here to pocket him. So the mafia between them is probably Sonny.

In the leans I would say that Martin, Hawk and Act are probably not mafia because she would be too conscious of over-elaboration as a tell. There is probably 1 mafia in this list though and it is probably Garden Gnome.

There is probably one between Gavial and Long Con also.

Eh, I get it, scum can group people together with a teammate, but I was being widely town read, if there is scum in her strong town reads it isn't me so keep digging.

My thoughts on the healer thing is that I don't see any reason we can't have multiple healers when we now know that there have been multiple poisons, that obviously doesn't mean anything for the alignment of each one so that's an important thing to remember

The one thing that sticks out is 1-shot and 2-shot claims. I have no real reason for thinking this but I think they would both be 1 or both be 2 OR are different Alignments if both real. It just seems kinda random to give town a 1 shot and a 2 shot of the same role instead of just two 1 shots or a 3 shot. Maybe it's my ocd lol

If it helps, the N1 kill is usually an honor saved for the best players in the game. You were killed because you were extremely good. I know it is frustrating watching from the sidelines afterwards, but you should take that kill as a complement, especially since you haven't played much yet.

actually with the frined group i've played with i have been told i can be more sociall awkwartd and quieter as an imposter. basically im not very good at hidingnervesd as an imposter because while it is fun it is very nervewracking in my opinion. im much more vocal and say what i think when right away as crewmate

im glad you asked because you actually playted the high noon game that the majority of my read on mac is based upon. my read on solvis was a lot to do with the way they carried themselves in the thread in a way that was not only annoying but obstructive to town's solving process. This is something that I consider to be extremely anti-town and something mac has almost gleefully and openly admitted to doing. I will perhaps concede that there is some recency success bias here in that i was able to see solvis flip town and my read was proven, it is therefore something i am quite confident in right now and at this stage of my readback would make him someone i deeply consider to be worth looking at further

actually as i said im flipping current and past stuff right now and ive barely even seen anything from mac recently, i wonder if its something to do with the light being on hawk right now and them wanting to avoid interactions.

I have to read through interaction s to see what fits but Gnome would be my third on top of act or you and bunny rigjt now.

Orange - These are instances of Sonny handling Mac in some manner that implies neutrality or uncertainty. Much of it takes on a "is Mac a real person?" kind of character that could be decent for Mac. Mafia dealing with his brand of solving for the first time probably do have no idea what to do with it.

Green - Sonny determined Mac looked good coming out of the nutella mafia flip. This is a default and consensus view that means little to me. His explanation even mirrors my own past rationale for calling Mac town.

Cyan - These are Sonny responses to Mac suspicion. They kind of look like someone swatting away an annoying bug, to Mac's credit. In the first case he seemed please to leave behind the pressured dialogue to talk about Australia.

Pink - This may be some of the most important stuff, as it pertains to Sonny's vote for nutella. Mac was the one who pushed him into that. This is an area where I can see the potential for a teammate relationship, particularly that faint emoji. I will temper that a bit and qualify that Sonny's explanation for being okay with a nutella vote kinda looks like something he felt the need to provide to Mac, which would be better. Too speculative for this stage of the game maybe.

Blue - This is a bit of an awkward Mac mention. There's a contextual reason for it given the post being addressed. I just don't know why the question is being asked.

Red - These are statements of suspicion against Mac. The majority come from OC, but a couple from Sonny actually seem a bit revealing. OC's accusations that Mac was a shitposting anti-town menace actually started with Sonny in that very first red blurb, albeit in a fainter way. I am hesitant to rely as much on the red material from OC, as the moment he entered the game he was under the gun and had to know that. Nonetheless we can note that OC's Mac stance was clearly one of animosity, and I would in most situations be inclined to view accusations that someone is being "anti-town" as a good indicator for them.

I actually think there's a decent chance OC was giving an honest read on Mac. That is, as OC was following the game as a spectator, he might have truly felt that way about Mac and made these internal comparisons to whoever "Slovis" is. As such, when he joined the game his mafia role card didn't have to stop him from sharing a read he had come upon for real before. Take all of that with boulders of salt. It's presumptuous.

I will post the Mac side of this interaction separately. This one's already huge. So far I think the trend is a positive one for Mac. I really hope folks engage with this and offer feedback, because we cannot afford to be wrong.

I was serious just now when I called Tony the poisoner. Every time he makes an appearance without doing anything serious (and I don't qualify "it's jay/mac" as serious), he elevates in my poisoner chart. I think the targets being who they've been actually make some sense for Tangy. Alison was mildly anti-Tangy on Day 1. The others have been whatever picks for someone paying less attention than they'd like.

Hawk flipped healer and Martin is still alive.

I will push Martin eventually because it's very unlikely they are what they say they are but I don't feel like fighting Alison about it yet.
