I have to go, but I'll be back before the vote deadline, even if it isn't too much before it's over. I don't feel comfortable voting now, haven't had time to look back yet.

This. I'm not sure it would even be possible. Not just unlikely -- sheer impossible. Usually when the indie doesn't have a kill, it seems like that role can win with either civs or mafia. but LMS?Bass_the_Clever wrote:well I wouldnt know how to be the last man standing without a kill.Epignosis wrote:Oh ffs.Bass_the_Clever wrote:well we dont even know if the indie has a kill yet or not so why worry about epig ?

Well then... :/ Hope you come back for another game, kp!
So I'm looking at Canuck and Kev right now.
Kev has 1 post for the entire game. Canuck has been around enough to kill, but not enough to formulate a plan before/when sabie got in trouble imo. So I'm still leaning Canuck.

I can't get my head around why she would put a 3rd vote on sabie Day 1 and break the tie if she were her teammate?Bass_the_Clever wrote:Im going to go ahead and vote ninja blooper.
Like, maybe she's the Night 1 killer and needed to participate to guarantee her night action...and was also in a rush. But that's a lot of maybes.

Re: Clue: The Movie [Day 3]
Ok , internet back up and baby in bed. The way I reread the posts during the lynch it felt like Ninjablue was waiting to save a teammate and then gave up. She voted with 2 minutes left to go it appears and then 5 more votes came in right after hers. I agree that the third vote to break a tie seems unlikely, but with so many people possibly about to vote she may have panicked. However, her vote for you again made no sense to me since sabie had also voted you early with no threat to herself. That said, I am thinking it is much more likely that it's an absentee at this point. Idk what llama will do about kpence, so kevin and canuck are where I am looking today. Going to reread whatever there may even be.Mister Rearranger wrote:I can't get my head around why she would put a 3rd vote on sabie Day 1 and break the tie if she were her teammate?Bass_the_Clever wrote:Im going to go ahead and vote ninja blooper.

Re: Clue: The Movie [Day 3]
I agree with this as well. It definitely says last man standing, so I read that as not-civ aligned. To me that means whoever Mr.Boddy may be, although I can only see one option at this point, I would take any advice with a grain of salt. He would be motivated to kill baddies first for fear of being killed himself I'd assume, but it's also no loss to lose civs in the mean time. I have no intention of voting for a Boddy suspect over a baddie suspect though. I think it is important to eliminate those with kill powers first fo sho. Especially since without a kill last night it looks like we can eliminate the frequency of kills if we find a teammate.Mister Rearranger wrote:To address both lines:MovingPictures07 wrote: Wait, why lynch Epi?
I'd say there's nothing to think about regarding the Mr. Boddy role until we see evidence of it. Until then, I'm going to assume it's relatively harmless in the fact that it doesn't kill and doesn't say "secrets" by it.
The LMS can't win with the civs.![]()
Like I said though (and in agreement with you), the priority shouldn't be on figuring out anything about Mr. Boddy quite yet.
How do you feel about Canuck this game? I know she's checked in and said she's busy/struggling to get into the game, but the way Day 1 went down leads me to believe that sabie's team hasn't been all that active to begin with.

Well, my suspects are dropping like flies...
I read Canuck's 8 posts this game and it appears she may have voted MR or kpence. I think if your teammate had just been lynched and voted MR, you'd be unlikely to agree that's where your vote would go too, but who knows. Her posts don't give me much suspicion atm.
Votes Epi

She didn't vote Day 2 either, so we have little or nothing to go on there. I am honestly thinking I will vote Epi today as my Boddy suspect as the next best option until Llama can give us an idea of whether there will be replacements. It seems pretty likely that one of these two is bad, so I look forward to replacements giving us more to engage with if that may be the case.Canucklehead wrote:Why?Epignosis wrote:I am going to look like a total skeez for saying this, but sabie WAS my top suspect. Also, sorry llama and everyone for missing the vote. Glancing through, I probably would've voted for MR or kspence had I been aroundbut who knows what I would have done if I'd actually been here in real time...

Re: Clue: The Movie [Day 3]
To reiterate on what Hedgeowl said on the previous page, it just seems way more likely like The Cook is responsible for the SVS death and not a lynch switch. We don't even know if there are lynch switches this early in the game.
There's only been the one contest so far.

Re: Clue: The Movie [Day 3]
Does anyone have thoughts on Boogs? He's been absent, but his first vote could possibly point to baddieness. My only reservation is that his weird vote for Mongoose wasn't a great attempt at a save for sabie since there were two votes on MR at the time, too.

Nota bene:
I have died and come back from a kill (not "survived") and someone still sees fit to vote for me.
nijuu has lived and someone else lynched in her place and someone still sees fit to vote for her.
Foolishness. But that's OK.

So now we have a vote spread 4 ways among 12 players. 2 are likely to not return to vote since they've dropped out. 2-3 more are hit/miss with participation so may not vote.
Hopefully the other 2 killers are among those 5, otherwise, this lynch seems quite destined for failure. :/

Dammit, Epi, why do you bring up this point so late in the day?? And I was just thinking in the back of my mind that it was odd how MP has been asking a lot of people's thoughts (especially mine) but offering hardly anything of his own. I wasn't thinking much of it...Epignosis wrote:You can do one of two things if you want my advice.Elohcin wrote:I tend to agree. Re: Clue: The Movie [Day 3]
You know what? Screw it. I can see MP throwing his teammate under the bus, then accusing a voter after him (namely, ME) for doing just that, and steering the thread. He's sure backed off and buddied up really quick in the last couple of days, too
Interesting and ballsy strategy. Plus, it's not like I wasn't thinking his behavior was off; it was just more subtly off and not as noticeable as missed votes or weird votes. I want and need to go to bed, so voting MP. Say what you want

I also voted MP. He posed some empty questions early on, got angry when I suggested he be lynched, and he isn't around right now to vote. Eloh was bad with him in The Hobbit. I think he threw sabie under the bus.
Even if I'm wrong, so what? The point of this poll means that if Peacock kills, she will be obvious.
