What was Mac's read on Rondo on day 1?

I feel a bit off-put by Rondo asking Mac why he didn't die night 1.

I was asking people why Seanzie died over Mac, both to try to get insight into day 1 without having to backread because I'm lazy

but also because I don't think any wolf actually kills Seanzie over Mac in a vacuum unless:
1) They don't know who Mac is
2) Mac is the wolf
3) Seanzie's suspicious of them but Mac is not
4) They think they can leave Mac alive until late game in order to get people to tin-foil Mac as a deep wolf.

I've tried doing #4, it doesn't work, Mac just finds all the wolves and kills them all before you get to LYLO.
#1 is a bit silly given that this is Mac's homesite.
#2 is self-resolving is kind of silly to suspect on day 2, I don't think Mac hell buses on day 1.

But doubly so because:
Mafia only knows who their teammate is. Glomgold knows who both of the mafia are.
A mafia choosing to hellbus literally their only known teammate on day 1 is a highly dubious play that I don't think anyone makes. It's a possible play to make as Glomgold though.

But because it is a play that's only made 50% of the time, the prior probability of someone being a deep wolf that's hell bussing is already half of what it is in a normal game.

So I think that just makes Mac >>rand town. And I think that's a fact that people intuitively understand about the setup even if they haven't thought about the prior probabilities and what not.

So then Rondo's questioning of Mac to "make sure he's not a deep wolf" feels a little bit misplaced. The line of questioning is useful in order to figure out who Seanzie was scumreading that Mac was townreading to potentially triangulate the wolf off of that. But asking Mac the question directly to "make sure he's not a deep wolf" ... feels weird.

If Mac did indeed town or null read Rondo on day 1 though, then that further contributes to the case against him. If he scum read him as much as Seanzie did, then meh

So hold on, why do you think the hellbus is possible as Glomgold but not as proper maf? Ime 2 mafs more or less have the same value whether they have a night chat or not, especially when one can't kill the other. Sure maf may not want a NK night but without any protective roles town doesn't gain a ML. Maybe mac would be a little lonely afterwards, but I don't think there's really a huge material difference if you think mac can hellbus as Glomgold. Unless maybe Glomgold wants to avoid a quick maf win or wants his partner to rely more heavily on him.

I don't know about this whole mac cult of personality thing. There probably aren't special rules that apply to him, even if players respect his reads more than most. You've tried to game paranoia by leaving him alive so why wouldn't others try (and fail) too?

I like how you're trying to triangulate a scumread on Rondo but I think maybe it requires a few too many assumptions to stick? Esp. about Rondo's state of mind.

I town read attitude a lot of the time as I find wolves tend to not want to make big waves like that early in the game. Late in the game sure, set up the thunderdomes and what not but at this stage of the game srceen being a wolf and playing like this is basically forcing the other wolf to bus him for cred b/c there's no way he's escaping today yeah?

Srceen is playing super aggro, drawing attention from several players, and then using that attention to drop reads. It's something I've done as town before and something I rarely see wolves do.
