I think you gave pretty good reasons to clear HK and ones that aren't very easy to argue away while telling Mac things like n1's are extremely important which I agree with and then giving good thoughts about it. I said what I said because sure a "good wolf" can do that but a better wolf just doesn't imo

ok, I think the path forward is clear. I need to be eliminated today and the reason I do is I solve so many worlds.
If I flip wolf it makes the people who were defending me look worse and the people suspecting me look better. I would likely eliminate busing from that world as well as my D1 wasn't nearly as bad as what it's being painted as from nanook and esooa.

If I flip town it's the reverse, and lends more credence into why visor was the N1. You'll also know that my reads are genuine which can provide some kind of roadmap towards winning the game for town. I would look closer at Esooa moreso than Nanook in a town HK world. I believe Nanook believes in the tells that he has for me, Esooa felt like a piggyback onto that read from Nanook.

I think Esooa was on me earlier than nanook was but for more flimsy reasons than nanook was able to present (if this is wrong forget it but I'm too lazy to go and check).
I don't think wolf mac kills town visor who's town reading a 100% mischop bait HK on D1, nor does wolf Achro need to town read me to establish credit or bona fides, I would hard clear the both of them off of a town HK flip.

I'm not planning on putting in a whole bunch of work today, just tossing out reads as I see them/have them, like my neon read from doing catch up, I think they've shifted into the town group for me. Sabi I think is still town. They've got a solid game overall but the way they're approaching things seems town to me and seems like them butting heads with mac isn't a t/w or w/w situation but a t/t situation where neither of them can really grasp how the other party is getting to the positions they're getting to.

I'm functionally not playing this game lol. I'm trying to lay out arguments that the rest of the thread can find (or not as they wish) useful for how to proceed forward. I'm making the argument that I'm the right chop for today regardless of your idea on my alignment.

You are making the game less fun for me by being this way. Visor believed you to be town and probably died for it n1 and this isn't the right way to play. If you can no longer play earnestly just because some people suspect you, you should probably just stop playing mafia and retire.

Like, give updated reads. Play the game like a normal human being.

I think things like this are pro-town. You're pretty frequently trying to engage with people on things and encouraging them to do better in places that only really serve to help town. Similar things with handling of Mac. Again it's something that's along the lines of, a good wolf can fake this of course, as with anything, but doing these kinds of things serves the town well in helping to find people, and eventually if you help town find all the town too much you just edge yourself out of the game and such so it's not a productive direction for a wolf imo

Also santy my apologies as you have been very nice to me but

I feel as if santy is not playing the game he says he is playing. A relaxed, fun affair. Reading his iso and how he talks with people it is interesting. Sabi and annoyance makes sense sure, that's one thing. But then when talking with me it is always very civil and respectful. Santy goes out of his way to make sure I feel heard and respected. With Jack he will literally speak his language. He will defend Mac in a storm of suspicion.

He feels pretty slick tbh with how he speaks to others. It feels a bit motivated when I take a step back and think on it.

I have liked much of his content, to remain clear, but if I put myself in the shoes of others there are a lot of flaws too. It's not about effort or wanting a chill game either.

I feel like santy being isoed and picked apart is very beneficial for town tbh. People should do that. It's an interesting iso.

I pointed this out before too. Imo as a wolf noticing things that are more obvious, flaws in logic in individual posts, etc, is much easier. But caring about such a thing as the way someone talks to a person, with TMI these sort of things will just go past even good wolves. It's hard to both see and connect together and such things unless you're bussing him, which is why I asked about bussing tendencies earlier but I don't really feel like this is it regardless

Mac, do you still feel this way after the case laid out by me and santy in terms of her motivations at EOD regardless of HK's alignment? I know your latest list didn't have her on it but it is good to to interact with cases on people to try to firm up your view of the game.

As much as I hate these sort of reads HK doesn't usually get tilted when being run up as mafia. Not sure I've seen him get tilted ever personally but having buried him many times I can't remember him ever getting angry at me for it.

Something I'd do as a wolf in cases like this is sorta say someones town but downplay the understandability of the read or not press people to agree. But you're like, giving good reads for reasons I like and trying to make those pervasive. I feel as if wolf Santy might just give up the Esooa angle there unless they are exactly partnered, but then someone is going to need to talk me through Esooa and why they think she is a wolf.
