Alright Jesus we should prob decide on a lynch.
Thots on Mac?
I think he's fine. I found myself agreeing with him on anne. If anne flips town though I'd prob reconsoder him specially if a lot of players seem to be sensing something wrong with him.
Sabiplz wrote: ↑Sat Oct 01, 2022 5:17 pm
We all kinda need to agree on someone and everyone has different preferences
Alright imo I wouldn't lynch:
Neon because Mac is townreading them
NANOOK because it feels like he's just jesting and even though he could still be wolf it feels like a crapshot atp
Porscha because she should be pretty readable later
Arguably wouldn't lynch Jack too even though I still kinda wolfread him because I don't think he received a lot of attention today yet his wagon stayed up all day
So it prob leaves anne, lucy and Mac who I feel like all have something against them and their lynch prob solves the gamestate a little

We prob shouldn't lynch Neon if Mac is calling them town
Why.
[VOTE:
anne] aubergine
I'm usually inclined to trust town!Mac wouldn't be so easily pocketed by wolf!Neon and if you think they are both wolves then maybe you should be considering flipping Mac first?

WTF was up with Wilgy's entire deal?
I'm pretty disengaged with this game though so idk how accurate my reads are aorn.
rn I'm seeing two worlds: one where Mac is town and likely got one or two wolves within anne/Sabi/Cape and one where Mac is wolf and just smearing shit all over the thread.
I ain't suited to read Mac here so I ask you all to evaluate him by yourselves.

Okay shut up wilgy, we get it ur town
Rude.
Why am I a TR?
Look you're just a smexy solving king who has outed like sixty more reads than the rest of the game. Don't think about it too hard. My only gripe with you is that your sus on obscurity was essentially a parrot of Scotty's, but my bar is so on the floor that "makes reads" is enough for a town lean at this point.
Is it bad to parrot Scotty?
I think Scotty did fine enough to get through RVS while still making a bunch of content.

If anything, I feel like I’ve been your Polly-want-a-cracker this game
When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather;
not screaming like the people in his car

Because a wolf would probably see someone make a weird post and assume they're just weird without trying to read into it. Or you know, shade them, but not actually care.
I know it sounded jokey, but I’m actually serious.
You play neutral, keeping your cards close to your chest and treading the line between town and mafia. Propose that you need time to reveal you alignment…I blow up your spot with seemingly baseless accusations. Wilgy jumps on it too. You eventually get too much attention- you take off the mask to reveal you were my fun-loving dad ALL ALONG HAHAHA REMEMBER THE FUN TIMES WE USED TO HAVE BEFORE I LEFT HOME WHEN YOU WERE FOUR?
So now you’ve switched gears to be a likeable town leader so hopefully the town will spare you. Though now you have to contend with mafia NKing you.

Wikgz (feels like his usual weird self, he's doing his weird sheeping thing)
Bad vibes:
Mac: his vibes are off and he's not making much sense.
Cape: really not a fan of his opening at all
Everyone else:
Null
I agree with you on Cape.
The Falcon mindmeld was fine, but Cape started feeling off when they voted on the Alison wagon but came in with a reason that felt completely artificial.
Who/what is the weird sheeping thing you see in me?

obscurity is obvious town
Well, naw. But apparently it’ll be glaringly obvious by D3
it already is
Obscurity "I'm hiding my reads" into "here's my reads, I voiced a weird post on purpose" didn't feel like backpedaling to you?
That's one way to put it.
Yes yes, I am aware there was more. The question was for understanding of Mac's view and it was typed very briefly.
What issue do you have with it exactly? What would've you had me include in my question to Mac?
well, you didn't exactly leave it open-ended or ask it in a way that would get more than a yes or no response from Mac, unless he felt like elaborating, but i'm not exactly sure.
my perception of mac's read on me was it was partially a threadstate read of "everyone jumping on me" making me more likely a villager. but also idk, won't put words in his mouth.

The OP says 4 mafia and 16 town. Nothing about neutrals.
I’m…im so sorry. I retract everything I said. Thought this game had a SK and I got confused.
I am struggling to not mentally mix this game with NAA's as well.

catching up, i'm not really sure how to feel about mac, but he seems like not a good day 1 vote. my biggest problem with him is just not agreeing with his scumreads.

I agree with most of his wolfreads. I'm more of concerned that he isn't taking them seriously.

no tbh, functionally it is the same with more "smoke" involved in regards to claims and PR abilities at night
how long have you been playing mafia for, and what's your playstyle
also what was your major if you graduated college
