The player who wants to look very Civ will sternly advise us to play the rest of the Day as though Luna were not on the table.TonyStarkPrime wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2019 12:36 am Okay we’re lynching Luna today. If anyone has a reason not to lynch Luna speak now.
Seeing as the day’s plan is clear, let’s try to not waste the day and pretend Luna has just died and we’re doing night 3 analysis, seeing that the thread is locked during night 3.
If Luna flips scum I think Creature is the obvious target day 4 but I don’t think that’s the right one.

I concede. I thought my queen's knight was already out on the fourth move because I was looking ahead a few moves and forgot the board state. I can see I'm toast.

You also are making me work.
1) That she confused Creature for Rej
2) That she voted at the last minute despite it being an inopportune time
3) That she innocently voted for a civilian when the person she said she said she suspected was up for lynch
4) That she felt the need to vote at all despite being uninformed (as she claimed).
That's a lot to buy.

This quote is Epi's boiled down version of why he found you to be bad. I need to understand points 2 and 4 a little better.
You are at a wedding and it is about to begin. You do not feel well informed on the game. Why would you go to the trouble of getting on your phone, at a wedding, and place a vote in those circumstances, especially such a critical vote? Why not forego the vote and let everyone know afterwords time got away from you and you were not in a circumstance where you could place a vote, plus you were not comfortable the you had your facts straight? Can you see why that looks odd?
This is a really good post. Either Luna is a dedicated Civ, or playing with fire as a baddie.

Mafia is more important than weddings. If Luna hadn't cast her vote, she'd have been lynched. So you're basically making the argument that Luna should die or Luna should die.
Which is fine if that's because you scumread her so much but it's getting the cart before the horse or whatever the appropriate metaphor is.
I'm saying this looks like distancing.
Not defending Jack, just wanted to know why Dom thinks Jack should be lynched.Long Con wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2019 12:33 pmThis is a really good post. Either Luna is a dedicated Civ, or playing with fire as a baddie.
However, I am really sure that Epi made the big case on Luna because he red-peeked her, and that's how you do it in a no-infodropping game. The fact that his points against her were, to me, varying levels of weak, only strengthens that belief.
So now we are seeing Luna defend Jack. Perhaps we are meant, post-baddie-Luna-lynch, to conclude that Jack is bad. Maybe that's her play here.
Wait, what? She would have been lynched? It changes absolutely nothing. He was never wavering on his own side of things, but rather couldn't keep an act of 100% confidence and not appearing to have an open mind to a certain extant without risking breaking the rules. He always ended back to you, and everything he did or suggested was related to you and a potential red-check like the compatibility with Creature.Lunalee wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2019 2:11 pmYa, ok, I can see how that makes me look bad, but this doesn't sound like the words of a cop who got a peek at a baddie the previous night:Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2019 12:38 pm I didn't even notice Epi was the cop.
