Because I see both a contradiction and also mental inconsistencies from Marcher that honestly just hard pins him wolf to me

I asked what he thought was “nervous” about moth and whatever words he pulled out of the scumtionary in order to sweep it under the rug and he didn’t reply at all.

Maybe you can look through moth’s ISO and tell me where he’s being nervous
it seemed super nitpicky and blown way out of proportion, and you focused on it to the exclusion of all else. your pushes have felt more like looking for something to pounce and hyper-aggro on than genuine attempts at solving

marcher's been villagy imo. i still dont really understand anyone's problem with them tbh

what does your villa circle look like rn?
can you off the top of your head cite who he was super aggressive towards? i mean, his iso is still fresh in my mind so i would like to engage with that.
its baffling to me that you read his iso and aren't sure who he was aggro towards

marcher jovian, and me earlier in the game on d0
well i did say apart from jovian, and you have been pretty aggressive with him along with the whole everyone else who won't give him room to breathe.

i disagree that his progression on marcher did not contain genuine townie waffling at the beginning there when he was sussing carot instead. i see town frustration and not mafia in his dealing with the thread rn.

ted is town.
.

is what I was responding to
yes, for context: sloonei had just asked me this and i had read nothing of the developments:

let's hop in with both feet
tedxtr is tunneling hard on a case that nobody else agrees with. What is your gut response to that?
and i read ted's (passionate) iso and during the time i was responding, ted was literally not breathing as he hammered away on his keyboard very angrily, smacking suspicions from a lot of people. sorry if i exaggerated the events, but it's the impression i got from ted's reactions in his iso rather than the actual events happening itt if that makes sense.

GTH results:
Spoiler: show

Notes and things:
bronana's results were contributed after the rest of us had done them rapid fire, but I included them anyway.
ted started and stopped because he didn't believe there would be prizes.
Radishes named the fewest suspects. That has been the supposed tell with this exercise in the past. Juicy.
nutella named the most suspects, but she's also aware of the supposed tell.
Radishes and Carotenoid were the top suspects. Mac and KZA were surprisingly popular suspects as well.
bronana, lissa, nanook, myself, and tutuu were universal town reads.

Let's explore why Radishes, Carot, Mac, and KZA were the preferred suspects.

I think he and ted are compatible but I'm feeling slightly more forgiving to ted atm

The continued rl excuses/slank cover feels simultaneously like it should be NAI and yet also guilt-trip/"just give me another couple phases to skate by" in a slimy way.

My one reservation is I worry he'd have put in more effort to look legitimately solvey if scum (based on how he successfully pocketed me in the Covid game by looking supertownish) but if he doesn't have the availability to do so regardless I can't just give him a pass.

He has given very limited content and what he has given in the way of reads feel forced imo. My gut says this is a hit.

Being weary of pockets, I expect wolves to either side with me or ignore the whole deal

W/r/t MR it wasn’t about this though, he has a history of tunneling me when he’s town so his town read on me, especially that early and for reasons that I already forgot was kind of bad

It’s different from my assessment of you

It’s not even a hard scum read I just wanna keep myself in check to actually read you for stuff other than your defence of me

I have read approximately 4 slots, which I’ve given my reads on already.

It’s not like it would move the needle on you though, I actually want you to live because part of me asks why you would think the thread was headed in your direction, which is pretty much the only reason you’d pull the last long post you had a few hours ago or something.

I think there’s a decent chance you’re just town that finds it hard to find the motivation, although that isn’t clearing on its own, because you didn’t have the drive as a mafia either.

If you’re town, you’re just burying yourself here. I would want to keep you alive. You just set up high expectations and if you won’t achieve them, then you probably are scum.
