yes, for context: sloonei had just asked me this and i had read nothing of the developments:Lissa wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 1:51 pm.dunya wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 3:46 pmwell i did say apart from jovian, and you have been pretty aggressive with him along with the whole everyone else who won't give him room to breathe.bronana wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 3:43 pmits baffling to me that you read his iso and aren't sure who he was aggro towardsdunya wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 3:40 pmcan you off the top of your head cite who he was super aggressive towards? i mean, his iso is still fresh in my mind so i would like to engage with that.bronana wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 3:39 pmit seemed super nitpicky and blown way out of proportion, and you focused on it to the exclusion of all else. your pushes have felt more like looking for something to pounce and hyper-aggro on than genuine attempts at solvingtedxtr wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 3:35 pm I don’t even know what people’s gripes are with my approach on Marcher, maybe you can like mediate instead of going “ah you’re outed suck my ass”
Because I see both a contradiction and also mental inconsistencies from Marcher that honestly just hard pins him wolf to me
I asked what he thought was “nervous” about moth and whatever words he pulled out of the scumtionary in order to sweep it under the rug and he didn’t reply at all.
Maybe you can look through moth’s ISO and tell me where he’s being nervous
marcher's been villagy imo. i still dont really understand anyone's problem with them tbh
what does your villa circle look like rn?![]()
![]()
marcher jovian, and me earlier in the game on d0
i disagree that his progression on marcher did not contain genuine townie waffling at the beginning there when he was sussing carot instead. i see town frustration and not mafia in his dealing with the thread rn.
ted is town.
is what I was responding to
and i read ted's (passionate) iso and during the time i was responding, ted was literally not breathing as he hammered away on his keyboard very angrily, smacking suspicions from a lot of people. sorry if i exaggerated the events, but it's the impression i got from ted's reactions in his iso rather than the actual events happening itt if that makes sense.
is this confidence based on meta? can you expand at all plz

Sloonei wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 2:43 pm GTH results:Notes and things:Spoiler: show
bronana's results were contributed after the rest of us had done them rapid fire, but I included them anyway.
ted started and stopped because he didn't believe there would be prizes.
Radishes named the fewest suspects. That has been the supposed tell with this exercise in the past. Juicy.
nutella named the most suspects, but she's also aware of the supposed tell.
Radishes and Carotenoid were the top suspects. Mac and KZA were surprisingly popular suspects as well.
bronana, lissa, nanook, myself, and tutuu were universal town reads.
Let's explore why Radishes, Carot, Mac, and KZA were the preferred suspects.
Being weary of pockets, I expect wolves to either side with me or ignore the whole deal
'History' is a strong word. It was one game.tedxtr wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 3:00 pmBeing weary of pockets, I expect wolves to either side with me or ignore the whole deal
W/r/t MR it wasn’t about this though, he has a history of tunneling me when he’s town so his town read on me, especially that early and for reasons that I already forgot was kind of bad
It’s different from my assessment of you
It’s not even a hard scum read I just wanna keep myself in check to actually read you for stuff other than your defence of me
I have read approximately 4 slots, which I’ve given my reads on already.
i dunno, i only read like 4 posts of theirs before the GTH and they were all made yesterday at around 5am my time? they said it was their weekend and they're ready for action, but i feel like they're still slanking. haven't seen a post that screams town to me yet
This took 100 words to justify a vote on me for 'being not very present'. It's OTT.nutella wrote: ↑Fri Jun 26, 2020 2:55 pm [VOTE: master radishes] aubergine
I think he and ted are compatible but I'm feeling slightly more forgiving to ted atm
The continued rl excuses/slank cover feels simultaneously like it should be NAI and yet also guilt-trip/"just give me another couple phases to skate by" in a slimy way.
My one reservation is I worry he'd have put in more effort to look legitimately solvey if scum (based on how he successfully pocketed me in the Covid game by looking supertownish) but if he doesn't have the availability to do so regardless I can't just give him a pass.
He has given very limited content and what he has given in the way of reads feel forced imo. My gut says this is a hit.

The last line is particularly smelly.
I followed his champs game (well, d1, but that was all he was alive for anyway) and he was... hm. Cutting and self assured, and I don't think hipfirey is quite the word but something in that vein?

(Like, okay, I was scum in that one, but the reads we shared were ones I felt were legit and would make anyway if I had been town.)
This concerns me.

I'm very much tilted that I got piled on without being offered anything remotely close to an explanation as to why I'm wrong even though Marcher clearly bullshited the read there but I guess that's okay
still, the idea that someone could contain their nervousness in a wolf chat for a town read is pretty damn silly for a villager to make and reeks of TMI
you could be a tunneled townie but like. try to be helpful. your continued refusal to talk about anything else is anti-town
towny frustration. at least imo its pure
