That last sentence is so boo-urns. Your concerns as a townie should be A. lynching mafia and B. not lynching town. Not how long the game is going to take. I saw a lot of this from multiple people in Night 1 and it was such bull every time.

My view on this day 1 lynch is that it was a series of opportunistic votes. The only people with more than 1 vote are Epi, Eloh, dunya, Marmot and Wolbre. This includes one guy who begged to be begged to be lynched, a woman who expressed unhappiness over being in a big game, a chaotic dude voting for himself, a guy who got fire because of some boobquest thing, and dunya. Honestly only dunya is a lynch I'd say takes a bit of effort to make, and I don't exclude the possibility of opportunistic mafia in it either. Point is, this day 1 was pretty crappy from a civ performance standpoint.

That said it's not like I made a lot of effort myself, so I'm not condemning people. Just stating an observation. In the future I'd love to look at Day 1 votes to find baddies.

As for Night 1, I pretty much only read the argument about the poll, and I have to say, I love Jay/Golden's argument. Looks like civ/civ to me. I am a little less happy about nutella's part in it. She is flip-flopping. Then again nutella is always flip-flopping.

This post is the initial trigger for me. A whole lot of nothing, but it sure looks like something at a glance. See earlier for my response to it, where he proceeds to call these lynches low-hanging fruit, something that makes no sense for wolbre or Marmot and which juliets outright denied was the case for Eloh. I implore those of you who have played with her and the others to ask if you feel similarly.

If we have more lynches, the game will be shorter overall, which means we'll have less night kills. The ratio of lynches/night kills in this game will be higher, which is good for civs imo.

More like some dealings of my own with the host in this game lead me to understand that he really slapped it together, and that loose ends needed tying up even after the game had started. I mean, that's really late to be getting his role though. DDL, why wouldn't you prompt Mac for your role during Night 1?

Sorry folks, lessons are cancelled today and forever. Your climbing guide Marmot has fallen to his death.

His cries were heard from across the valley. A trauma expert happened to be nearby, and was on the scene within 10 minutes. He was greeted by a gruesome spectacle, and a marmot who had clearly died on impact from a climbing-related fall. The distance of the fall was unknown, but presumably upwards of 1,000 ft.

A small section of rope was attached to his harness and severed. Clearly his rope was cut, but by an unknown source.

Quin is most definitely a mafia kill, which nutella has kindly offered was her strongest town read

Wolbre I couldn’t make my mind up on, and don’t think he had much in the way of civ cred on D1. I’d peg that one as the vig kill,,which would make Marmot the other mafia kill? Kinda an odd choice, but he wasn’t drawing that much flak before.

I dot know what this adds, except that id try to look at who would have wanted to kill wolbre for the potential vig.
