Honestly I don't think its worth reading into it for me

because if it is a big mafia team then there could be good arguments for both trying to push and trying to protect cat as being scum

and I think the nuances of that could be confused for the wrong alignment especially in such a big game where even I wouldn't be surprised if at least one town had some bad interaction

at the very least I hope to find something independently scummy and not just "Oh they had X interaction with person with Y flip, therefore they must be evil/scum/mafia!"

I still think it's worth looking into. Yes we could be wrong and hit townies, but we run that risk regardless of our strategy.

Fwiw, in Shadow Corridors, we did desperately try to protect JackofHearts from going down, with no success. But you are right. Despite my late vote for the counterwagon (NIK), I was never really sussed for it. I had a good reason to vote NIK, but I had no defense for Jack aside from "he's just town guys, don't bake him".

if he continues to not speak i want him dead, his role could be dangerous and it could be scum, and cat's silencer role could work as a balance from a design pov (make a scum role that needs to be silent to do stuff, and also make townies silenced to balance it out)

i don't know that much meta for kyle because then i could read into the claim, but gth post-restriction roles sound more likely for 3ps than town. as in, if you do x action, you unlock a badass action, you know. not really sure why it'd be a town role. but i guess he's gonna explain later.

the worst thing for us would be if he's some overpowered serial killer or some kp of some sort that's gonna kill a few people tonight. it'd make sense given not a lot of kills n1.

but technically if sloonei was online we could just write a silence morse code and have him constantly change his votes as a way to write encoded messages and communicate like this

not sure if its gamey maybe its not against the spirit of the game after all. just not worth the effort but its fun to consider

I looked up the Fonz jumping the shark (on Happy Days) to find a good gif... this one is all I could find. Then I was like "where's the shark??" Then I actually watched the video of it... my imagination about it was much cooler than whatever that was. It's more like he was jumping in the vicinity of a shark maybe. I expected an attempt by the shark to at least grab him.

@tedxtr I don't really know what you're asking me, and I don't really remember my exact mindset at the time of asking Joseph about the cat meta, because he declined to discuss it.
