I might buy it that is he employing some randomness but I can see some roles having handpicked alignments too.

I strongly believe that we NEED lynch results in order to play any sort of reasonable game. If we are getting no flips at all, then I will just go into full Chaotic Mode. Which probably isn't that different, but you know.

Caught up through pg 16. As far as dunya knowing too much goes, is there any reason to actually think a scum would know if roles are randomized or not? They could guess or infer, maybe, but I don’t see the TMI potential there. I know it looks like I’m defending dunya at every step so if she’s bad this will bite me but that rings unsound to me.

The argument Jay is making is that some of my scum-mates have obviously good roles, like Princess Diana, or Mother Teresa, or Messi...so I was able to debunk his theory given the fact I know some very good characters have drawn scum roles. The argument I was making is that I have never played with a respectable host who handpicks their teams. That's messed up and should come with a disclaimer of it's own and I ain't signing up to that shit. The funny thing is that Jay feels just as strongly about this as I do, he would never handpick players to alliances, but he wants to scum read me and that's ok. I'll get through to him eventually.

i think kites is overwhelmed and isn't really getting into things the way he did in FE. FE was a mammoth of a thread too, but he kind of delved right in. he's goofing around here and not trying so idk if it's role-stipulated or something else.

coliniscool seems genuine, as does LC.

Didn't say they were town, just that I'm not voting them today.

Quin came in, defended you, seemed genuquin. With two scum teams I doubt he does that as mafia, because you could easily be other team. Potentially you could be w/w but I don't feel he'd be that blatant.

TH and wolbre have quests, which feel real, and make me lean not mafia on them. Thus, not voting there today.

Didn't say they were town, just that I'm not voting them today.

Quin came in, defended you, seemed genuquin. With two scum teams I doubt he does that as mafia, because you could easily be other team. Potentially you could be w/w but I don't feel he'd be that blatant.

TH and wolbre have quests, which feel real, and make me lean not mafia on them. Thus, not voting there today.

Epi I just want to read more journals tbh. Also he did a bit D1 in Greece and was town so at the very least it's town compatible
