I’m glad the mafia team didn’t kill the inactive players. That isn’t their responsibility, and I wouldn’t have done it either in their shoes.
This is the first time I have seen bad guys/gals follow the chalk with their kill selection on this site, and they reaped the rewards. It was good play.
I’m glad Epignosis removed the inactive players. No hot wants to do that, but sometimes it is necessary. It isn’t fair to ask civilians to lynch them or mafia to kill them.

actually i think turnip head might be smelly. he's normally the type to stand in defense of people who feel like being goofy, and i have modeled at least some of my posts after his example. but now he thinks i'm bad, like yeah right dude. no you don't dude. you know i'm good, dude. because i'm not on your team. that's the implication. that you're a bad guy. instead of a good guy like me.

Re: Mega Man Mafia [Night 1]
feels funny when i'm like this. like, so many mafia players make it their entire mission to be unreadable, as if that's the objective of the game. it definitely makes me worse, as in i am much less useful and cannot promote winning mafia the way i normally would. it makes me more confident in my strategic decisions.
i do see the appeal though in that i don't have to do as much and it's mildly amusing. i am sorry to my lovely civilian crew that you must get this version of me in mega man mafia 2k18. but you know what, i deserve this. i'm special, and important, and loved, and doggone it people like me

Re: Mega Man Mafia [Day 1]
i had no difficulty believing him when he said he thought there was a similarity in your play to what he remembered from AG. when Colin was lynched in AG, he was quite cranky -- he didn't think the reasons for that lynch were justified (even if he was a mafioso), and it was a conversation that lasted into the post-game. it was clearly a moment that stuck in Colin's memory, and i think it makes sense that he would especially remember the contribution his then-teammate made during those proceedings.
his expansion on that didn't strike me as false. i think it's less likely that he made up the AG meta read than it is that he really did see something in a moment and acted upon it. he didn't stick to it stubbornly either, the small point that it was, because when the topic resurfaced he voiced doubt about his suspicion of you. it was a development, and it didn't strike me as phony.

I still have no idea. You asked a really specific question. Don't expect people to know every detail of your strategy, or more accurately your own perception of your strategy.
There's a reason I understand that. My strategy tends to be the most transparent in the world and people still don't get it in any game I play. It's why I have to explain things I find obvious so constantly.

I don’t like the way Colin handled his Sloonei read. I’m not sure it was real to begin with.
A) colin says he thought he recognized something in sloonei from the AG game
B) colin expanded, saying it was due to a perceived bad rationale given by sloonei for a vote/suspicion
now you, nutella, and sloonei have focused on the validity of B), but it's A) that actually means something. meta reads can be anything
