If I am incorrect here and FG is town, we can assume that either there is already scum on FG, or they weren't present when the hammer was an option.

That being the case, if FG is town, I'd call Marmot cleared as they were present and didn't hammer.

Martin/LC isn't a thing. Scum would reserve a vote for hammer here.

Martin/TS is a choice but I don't think it's likely.

All said, I think this is very unlikely. I should be back before EoN but legacy just in case:
Scum: FG with either TL or TS. In that order, I'm 99% on this. The lines make sense.

If not that then LC\TL is the next likely option, but I just don't think that's correct.
