If Dyachei = town and 1 of MR or Nook flips mafia turbo the other oneMaster Radishes wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2020 2:32 pmMmm...interesting question. I've twice wolfed with him where I died early and he won in end game on his own.
I've not read very closely and have missed several sections of the round, so huge grain of salt. But...i kind of felt he was town earlier on? I don't even know why, just something about his flavour of slank felt different to what I saw in those two games.
If I remember, I'll iso him later and see if my impression holds up.

Because of the lazy lines I pointed out earlier. Now, I don't think they are W/W BUT it's really easy for W to take the lazy line and fly with it when accepted.

Re: Radiohead Mafia [DAY 1]
Oh I see. I read ted as town and the only thing I saw that went against this read was your read on him. I do feel very confident that you and Alison and tutuu are town - you're in my top tier. I'm familiar with how good your reads can be when you are town from playing with you. I understand you don't love it and I get why now but that doesn't change my opinion.MacDougall wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2020 6:22 pmYou are so confident I am town you are shuffling someone you townread up and down tiers based on my opinion. i feel like ur focus has been very narrow. your read on me is very unclear and your read on juliets seems to largely be based on meta, so it's hard for me to figure out if ur reads are coming from a sincere place. i wanna hear who ur main foses are outside of the two people uve been focusing on

Re: Radiohead Mafia [DAY 1]
Every time Tutuu has made a claim about someone's alignment without evidence or voted someone for no reason (24)
Every time Tutuu has made a an alignment claim about someone but with context (13)
This post gets it's own spoiler because we're gonna talk about it
So what have I learned having read through Tutuu's ISO:
-35/220 posts are game relevant. 13 of them offer content we can use to cross reference people. and roughly 180 of them are non game relevant/fluff posts.
-Take those statistics as you will, but my concern is in the previous large post I just commented on. I didn't agree with most of the reads, or at the least how they were justified. A mafia player will tread lightly and keep people satisfied.
-I'm not into the whole silly and ditzy deal. Sure you can do it, as long as we're not swamping the thread with things that will make it harder to catch up and understand the thread. Everyone hates catch up (Down with Ketchup!) so as mafia you don't necessarily have to worry about staying on topic most the time.
-My biggest pet peeve about Tutuu is the 24 claims with no backing, at least that's how they appeared in the ISO. some may have supporting posts before them just not quoted. but it appears that these are all gut reads/emotional reads and that the reads list posted will tell us nothing in the case of tutuu flipping, or if someone flips mafia and we need to cross examine.
-Last but not least I'm wondering about the sudden bringing up of a CounterWagon. I will go over this in my next post. This will be more of a reason why I believe tutuu to be mafia, but for this half:
TL;DR: Tutuu is mafia for fluffing around most the game, sheeping a majority of reads and not providing a considerable impact to the game. Instead choosing to be around and look like they are playing and effecting the game.

Re: Radiohead Mafia [DAY 1]
After finishing his post, sprityo begins laughing heartily as he pats himself on the back for catching the deepwolf tutuu. His chuckling comes to a steady end as he fully relaxes on his chair, closing his eyes. Suddenly, his eyes shoot open and his face violently straightens. He stands up, and fully extends his arms straight and outwards to his sides. His body begins slowly levitating upwards, seemingly breaking the very fundamental rules of reality itself. As he goes against all logic and reason with his vehement hovering, his eyelids drop and rise up again to reveal godly lights beaming from his eye sockets. A disembodied heavenly choir resonates from the abruptly omniscient man. A deific shock wave is fiercely expelled from his body, leveling his house and the surrounding neighborly architecture unworthy of his divine presence. Screams are heard from all directions, from both his family, neighbors, and bystanders walking by. Before continuing his ascent, his lips part to deliver one final message to the mere mortals surrounding him.
"I HAVE ACHIEVED, PEAK, WEREWOLF, PERFORMANCE."
He looks up, and with one swift movement, launches to the heavens, to properly acquire his ownership of the universe itself.

Runaway day 1 wagons on largeish games are >rand mafia wagons tbh. You are right about the information not being the best but knowing is half the battle innit.Timsup2nothin wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2020 2:44 pmBecause generally speaking from a town perspective a runaway wagon is bad. If it does hit a wolf there's no information gained on partners because of course with a runaway wagon they are just as likely to have bussed as not. If it doesn't hit a wolf that's even worse.DrWilgy wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2020 2:41 pmNot my intention to offset towniness. Anyone can think what they want in this situation and it's entirely possible I'm just bad with Tutuu in a day 1 scenario.Timsup2nothin wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2020 2:37 pmThe rest of the thread doesn't support that though. Tutuu has enough towniness established that even "okay, yes, I'm a wolf" couldn't really offset it.
From the ISOs I've done so far (still eight to go) the only possible counterwagons to Nutella I could really get into would be Ted, Herm, or Odd.
Why are counterwagons that much of a concern?
