Where is your vote on your first scum read?

Smh Penguin..
I think you know me well enough mich and the fact I don't really vote before EoD1 or at least if I'm not too sure about my read.
Doesn't matter how well I know you, I don't judge you by meta.

A vote creates pressure and a reason to react stronger from a townie to defend himself, and for mafia creates a movement itt to most probably save the wagoned wolf.
Not voting until you are sure is antitown to say at least. The vote is town's strongest weapon.

How many times i was explaining you things during a game? I think forgot
Oh really mich, you are not reading me by meta, yet I clearly remember you saying "Poison could be scum cause she is a easy bus" while interacting with Hally about the Dunya-Poiosn thingy before. I am pretty sure that counts as meta? Or do you not want to meta read me for something in particular.

Besides, voting is the strongest weapon of course and never did I miss voting for once, nor do I plan to, it's upto me when I vote for whom. About this being anti town, I'll rule that out cause from my perspective, having a lot of vote changes creates confusion for others who is trying to make a read out of the voter upon flipped or even when not flipped and myself as well.
Why do you want to make simple things complicated?

that sentence is for a case that happened, you should remember when you were day 1 bussed and sacrificed by a mafia team who received huge town cred for that action and idk if this counts as meta like you say

you can indeed vote whenever/whomever you want, but for me is odd to see you have a strong scum read for me and avoid to check it by a vote.
no mich, I'm not making things complicated.

you said you don't read me by meta, i just pointed it out that you read me by meta earlier this game, contradicting your later statement. As simple as that.
an old game event is not meta fmpov.

Meta is not what others are doing to you, but what you are doing in a game

Never thought TSP could be having 100+ posts tbh. Anyways, claims mafia in the first post. lots and lots of fluffs followed, their reaction to most of the posts are "hm" and "oh"s, locks town vulgard, doesn't believe ash being australian (?), doesn't like dunya, points out ash didn't look at the games he said he would? locks town nanook.

okay, so the thing is, as it seems, they tried to shade ash when there was a bit of w!ash thingy going on, and locked town read Vulgard and nanook, both being the easiest read in this game. they are not consistent about their read, dunya, tbh, i find inconsistency a town trait cause no one never knows, but her read on dunya seemed more like a fabricated confusion rather than a natural one , as if they wants to stay in a place from where they can take any direction and not get caught for inconsistency, I'm not sure if I could explain well enough but yeah.

they tried to make some game related posts and posted some "counterpoints" but those are weak and msotly very naive. they post more fluffs, tbh it is hard to distinguish between their fluffs and game related posts and i have no idea where to put those posts where they just did "hms" and "ohs" this bothers me specifically, cause they literally had given no reads on me even though i have 200+ posts , they simply hmmed me. [ngl, i don't like getting hmmed irl, hopefully I'm not being biased because of that]. upon asking about their reads, instead of explaining they became uncomfortable and went on like "maybe i'm wrong" they goes on a bit awkwardly with him being wrong,, later he announces he is bad at reading. Totally scummy.

they didn't really have a proper read list once in the game, with only slight wolfy or rather balanced reads on Dunya posted earlier in the game he just says he wouldn't chop dunya when 112 asked thier views on Dunya. I feel this is one of the simplest thing but extremely scummy in my opinion, idk ofc it doesn't apply to all or even for most, but from my experience scums forget about their reads or start being awkward when getting asked to expand more on the thought cause basically they didn't really have much on their reads, you know what I mean? this is a post that made me think that way. His tutuu reads are weirdest of all, i don't see much thought process there either, as if they are made for the sake of it just to make it look like they are indeed contributing or giving reads properly.

they have some what confusing words while explaining reads , and ended up having me, tutuu, dunya in the same category, which is kinda weird and felt a part of their flipfloping or rather balancing out everything. overall, scummy.

all their reads were vague with literally no confidence, quite a few mwntioning of "i can be wrong" , fluffs which are more forced than natural, pretending to contribute but never really did once, mostly chose the easiest reads to go with, basially they didn't have a proper shape in the game. i have played only one game with them before, he wasa town cleared by cop and i was 3P so didn't really give much attention to his play but yes, he was indeed among the low posters, compared to that, here he is a bit more in the post count but that's just NAI tbh. Would gladly vote this slot tbh.

1. is helpful but like a machine needs a human pilot, it needs a player's insight
2. why not, lazy townies exist
3. power wolves also exist
Vulgard wrote: Fri Oct 09, 2020 5:40 am Which makes me think she used sort by postcount to have a justification for her reads, not as something she is actually using to sort people out. But that's my theory. I'm not discouraging you from posting more, Michelle.
I don't need any justification for reads, I blurted them out as gut reads anyway, why should I start now to make it rocket science?

If i would need justification, I would put explanations before the vote, not the other way around. And I remember i explained my votes, even if very short, try other reason for why i did that :nicenod:

I agree, but I also think it’s just simpler than that. It’s very very important to tutuu that the suspicion you’ve placed on her goes away. I think a townie looks at what you’ve written and says “well he’s wrong, but he’s reasonable, he’ll re-evaluate.” Tutuu comes at you all guns blazing.
not really a fan of this post
im a fan of this criticism, regardless of ash's alignment (unless w/w i guess, but i don't think so from the 6 and a half posts i have read so far)

112 - w

Ash Lael - w
DrWilgy - t

Long Con - t
Michelle - w
NANOOKTHEGREATANDFEARSOME - t
Poison Chan - t
tedxtr - w
TonyStarkPrime - t
TripleHaven - t
tutuu - t
Vulgard - t

my poe is
112
ash
hally
michelle
ted

i wanna say my strongest town reads are nanook and longcon tbh. my weakest wolf read is ted, so i will not vote for him until day 3 at least.

the person i think most likely could swing w from my t reads is vulgard for possible tmi, but i will eventually read up (or not) see what he has to offer.

high poster hally in a vacuum should be town, but i felt like she was gaslighting us with questions and content which she doesn't really build from. like they're prods and questions which she doesn't really care about one way or the other.

don't really know much about tsp, except he didn't like one of my posts and i like that reaction. no idea if triplehaven has posted yet, i'll get there.

wilgy im giving a soul town read to.

Probably would not kill today.

Michelle still hasn't given me anything to read her either way. I might just hop into her ISO and force myself to have a read on her.
You can’t possibly be serious. You’re townreading someone for lurking?

Like, sure, I don’t mind withholding judgement till he gives us something to work with. But giving him an actual townread? As if no wolf has ever low-posted? That’s absurd.
i dont like this. it's got a very holier than thou tone over someone's reasoning, which discredits vulgard's authority and voice rather than implore and convince.
Coming back itt, from all the game Dunya choosed a post (probably the last at that moment) and commented without any intention to push the game forward and to solve it

My most recent wolf game is a game where I did not give a damn about the match because we were stomping really hard, and I also replaced in day 2.
Another one I can think of which is relatively recent had conversion. If you don't mind that, I can link it, although it changes the dynamics of the game a fair bit.

Another one I can think of which is relatively recent had conversion. If you don't mind that, I can link it, although it changes the dynamics of the game a fair bit.
Link please 2 full games, villa and wolf, and I will not comment about them, so the dynamics of this game will not be damaged

Town.

Mafia (starting). Flavorwise, mafia's Cult in this game. Setup is singleball, but there are two mafia factions which can roll, and also an NK and mafia-siding neutral.

isn't it obvious? i mean you just said "hmm" like a few times? even if you don't have a conclusion but i still think you should have had more to say about me?

Quick pop in:

Love Poison’s wallposts. Feeling very very good about them right now.

Still unimpressed with Michelle. I don’t care that she’s trying a different style of play, there’s still got to be intent to solve underneath that and I’m not sensing it.

No, we are not policying a lurker today. There are actual scummy posters in the thread.

Dunya has not posted since page 24 or something. The longer they are absent the worse they look.

Poison Chan wrote: Fri Oct 09, 2020 6:36 am Never thought TSP could be having 100+ posts tbh.

I have strong confidence I lock Towned LC and I don’t even remember why

caught up, didn’t feel like replying as i went

poison is lock town to me atp. her walls were great

tony does seem off this game, though im not sure i can articulate exactly how

michelle still seems to be struggling. how she’s interacting with the suspicion on her remains the best reason to tr her but her solving is still not great

vul is still very towny and, unless arete strongly objects, i would lock both vul and arete as town

not much else has changed. here’s fully where i am:

town (can’t really see as scum):
nook
tutuu
poison

the joy_cat tier (will lock as town if neither strongly object):
vul
arete

town lean (could be a wolf playing well in here):
lc
112
ash
ted

poe (...yeah):
tony
michelle
dunya
wilgy
trip

By the way, I thought about it for a moment and I don't think I should clear 112 for her pushes. It's entirely possible she created them to widen PoE.
Admittedly, she hasn't been playing in a way that tells me "this is mafia trying to keep the PoE broad," because her influence and energy in pushing have both waned since then. But it's not impossible, so I'm not going to ignore the idea.
Still don't want to vote 112 today, I THINK.
