I was at 250 during the worst of covid and I've worked my way down to about 225. I've been stuck there for about a year now though. I'd like to get back to 200. I haven't lost any weight recently, but I did start working out a lot more a few months ago, and while my weight has stayed the same, I have done some body recomposition, which feels pretty good.

I'm sure I'd lose weight faster if I worked out but I can't afford a gym or anything

There are lots of body weight exercises and routines you can get into even if you don’t have a gym. Making sure you do some moving after each meal and working up a sweat when you can goes a lot way in supplement to good nutrition!

You can do it! Just gotta maintain the course! Sometimes life gets in the way of a routine, but find that routine, and stick to it no matter what.

I have no clue how to do anything xD

It does take some time and research to find a exercise routine that works for you, but there are tons of youtube videos you can just turn on and follow pretty easily to get started. Depending on what you want, you can try searching for yoga, or HIIT videos or general cardio videos or more specific things like ab videos or bodyweight exercise videos. Many of them will be labeled as needing no equipment.

While I've been working on my post or whatever I've been shakier on Lime Coke. From my re-eval on him this post (link) it seems a bit overdramatic because its only been like 6 hours tops into the game and yet after Lime got their rand information. His d2 entry seemed to suggest having a poe of Martin/Vivax/Rico, and said that Vivax dying or whatever didn't change his process. Soon after he mentioned going full-steam on Rico because he had nowhere else to go. Didn't really feel like solving there, and the poe of me/vivax seemed suspect to me because it implies something like seeing one wolf between us before eod. It rubbed me the wrong way.

Zenon however in the midst of our server-hundred-post discussion of offense and feeling noted that Lime had a preety decent post where he backed off on a rico vote because of some other people's reads. I've not deep-dived into it because it was made after my re-eval of Lime Coke but at face-value it was towny to me imo.

So I'm like null, leaning ever so slightly scum. There's a mixed bag about him (yes I stole the term from one of JJJ's isos).

yeah him backing off was probably the towniest thing i've seen him do all game tbh, but he was also trying to use the defense that he doesnt bus as a reason to argue against me saying I think he is wolf and rico is town, and what if rico flipped wolf, it shuts down my attempt at solving him since he doesnt bus, lol etc. like yeah if rico flipped wolf then maybe lime coke isnt wolf, but he's already overly conscious about whether I would re-evaluate him or not, but of course I would. so I'm really still not sold on lime coke being town

I don't think what you are in effect taking me to do is beneficial to me in any way. I in effect spent the first half of my life acting the way you think I should act now. It was supremely harmful to me in numerous ways.

Truth be told, I think this conversation should end because I think Tutuu's argument is perhaps more developed in the book and so trying to talk about it more here just won't generate any new stuff to it. The book may offer better insights, I don't know, but I would be interested in hearing about it so if you tell me the name of it @tutuu that would be appreciated. I do have this small tibdit to add though: If I understand correctly one of the ideas discussed in this conversation is the ability to numb one's feelings and attempt to limit or ignore them or other people. In my life experiences, especially during middle school, numbing my feelings and reactions never seem to really work and all it did was hide or distract from the harm I was feeling. In fact, it contributed to an early-life crisis where I ended up harming others for a time simply because I was socially underdeveloped from all the harm I had suffered. In addition to that, my (limited) studies into psychology while in college have told me that we can't really selectively numb stuff. If we do manage to numb things, it tends to become a cognitive habit that ends up numbing a lot more than our emotions and in areas of our lives where we didn't want to numb our emotions. Which frankly does not work well for humans, since human beings are fundamentally social creatures.

I should really emphasize though that I have only an associate's in psychology, and I no longer study it in my Major, so my information may be partially wrong or outdated. I'm not an expert in the field. But to the best of my ability/memory it is true.
