I'm still pretty confused on what's going on, and currently don't know what my own win condition is so I'm going to do two things:
1. Vote Rico
2. Point on the fact that both the rules, and teams say "Stage one" above them. Thoughts on what that might mean?

Here's what G-Man said in the sign-up thread, if it helps.
Just to clear up the question, this game is for 21 players and it will use all 100 roles. I may even have to create a few extra roles depending on the timing of it all.

Most of the roles are aligned with a team. Teams will be in flux until there are just 21 roles remaining on the list. If Player A is lynched on Day 1, they are not out of the game. They will receive a new role and re-enter the game on Day 2. The odds are high that they will be aligned with a different team on Day 2 than on Day 1. This will be a major test to trust boundaries.

Players killed at night will get the same treatment- they will re-enter the game after the night post with new roles. Re-entry will be delayed unless more than one person is able to reanimate. We will go through this process until all extra roles are used up. Then the roles and team alignments are final* through the end of the game.

Because of the reanimation mechanic, this game may well run longer than a typical Job game. That may depend on how successful teams are with their kills.

I'm beginning to toy with the idea that staying alive is strategically deficient, at least in the early running. You probably get more information by dying and getting new teammates.

And by extension, if I try to nk or lynch someone, I do so to eliminate their current role. Maybe I find the role threatening. Maybe I think they are not on my team.

I can also offer myself to lynch if I think I am on a losing team or have a weak power.

But you can also get that info from those that die and join your team. If you like your current role/team, you could go ahead and kill those that aren't on it. Maybe they would reincarnate onto your team.

Also, the people in chatzy don't have to use their username or tell you jack. So info can be taken away from someone that is trying to hop teams and spy.

That's a good point speed. Info could work both ways. There is an extent to how you can control it, though.

I still haven't really got my head around what benefits me and what benefits others in this game. I think the goal should be to put yourself in the best position come final 21 roles. I just don't know how that is done.

I think it would be very wise for everyone involved to kill this incarnation of you early.

But also, I think that come use of "the button".... there's no guarantees you'll be the one sitting in role 13 afterwards. Just a hunch. I don't think anyone should be planning on still being in their current role at the end of the game even if that role survives.

EVERYONE SELECTED FOR TODAY'S SING-ALONG BESIDES ELOHCIN IS FAIR GAME AGAIN. SO SAYETH THE GAME. PERHAPS WE'LL START GIVING YOU FALLIBLE FLECKS OF FLESH MORE TIME FOR THESE THINGS. OR MAYBE I SHOULD LET JOHNSON AND SHARP COMPETE FROM THE OUTSIDE. YEAH, THAT'S THE TICKET!

AND AS FAR AS THE ENIGMA CHALLENGE GOES, I WILL ADMIT TO MAKING IT PROBABLY TOO HARD FOR YOU HUMANS TO SORT OUT. THEN AGAIN, YOU DON'T SEEM TO HAVE MUCH INITIATIVE, AS EVIDENCED BY THE SING-ALONG. I WAS GOING TO GIVE YOU A HINT BUT NOW YOU'VE JUST MADE ME ANGRY. MAYBE I'LL BRING THE NEXT ONE DOWN TO YOUR COLLECTIVE LEVEL BUT DON'T COUNT ON IT. I missed out because I was out last night and when it's only 24 hours and you have one night out your chances are over, basically. I can't do it at work.
