Your goal is to insanify every player in the game, sending the game into utter chaos. If you can insanify every player, the curse will break the next night and you will receive special recognition at the end of the game, whether you are on the winning side or not. Only your death will cancel the mass insanification. Once insanified, players will remain insanified until everyone is insane or you die. Reanimation to a new role will not restore sanity to their speech.

Well I'm glad we got that taken care of. The thread had really devolved beyond comprehension -- I take back what I said about the insanifier not being a big priority, lol (I guess I thought there were more than one but now that INH's previously secret role has been revealed I'm sure glad we stopped it).

That was totally f*cking awesome. Kudos to THE GAME for going that far with a role power. I've always thought of insanification as a kind of lame effect, but that really shows what kind of effect it can really have. It got really surreal for a while there.

Good morning everyone and what a great morning it is! So happy to be posting.

nutella, sorry I voted for you. I was cursed Night 2, and I figured since you couldn't use your power night 1 it had to be you because inh was insanified it looked like right after me on night 3 (I guess it was really night 2). I never expected a role that insanified itself. I agree with Long Con, bravo GAME on your inventiveness in that role.

INH, if you don't mind, could you tell me why you insanified me first? Was it out of the goodness of your heart because you knew people that reanimated Day 2 might be suspected? (You guys, I was going crazy as everyone kept thinking the first insanification happened Day 2.). I was so frustrated because this is my first game back after my husband almost died this summer and I was rendered unable to play. But I like to think you did it looking out for me since we were on the same team before we died on the first day.

Also, in case it didn't come through in my insanified post I was #82 in my first role. You can fill in the grid with that LC.

NIGHT OF THE MISSING PRIVATE MESSAGES

Marmot was minding his own business. He had a nice hole to dwell in and came out when he needed food. He heard a commotion outside and was curious.

As he poked his head out, he heard a wooshing sound and then a sudden sharp pain at the back of his head. He had never heard of a machete golf club before but he was well acquainted with it now. Well, his decapitated head was. Marmot never knew what hit him. His assailant drove Marmot's head further across town with a second whack because it only seemed right.

Actually, I was more horrified than surprised. The head was still warm and twitchy. Then the guy started shooting me, and part of me was glad to have a distraction from the wet hairy cannonball in my lap, and the other part of me was wondering, if the killer is shooting, how did Marmot's head come off? I know, I know, but it was a confusing time for me.
