As such, I can't eliminate from my mind that DDL and Falcon could be running a gambit as the last two remaining mafia. This makes winning the game much harder.

Understandable move for a baddie to make an early claim like that because it 1) allows for a teammate to glom on and use it as a screen later via mason misdirection, and 2) the backup mason status is hard for anyone to refute unless a primary mason (or in this case the mason-enabling role) actually knows the identities of the backups. It's a claim that sticks your neck out there with minimal likelihood that it can be fully contradicted.

It's an insane claim for mafia to make without knowing that there's only one mason lol, cause if there were two masons then they'd be outed after the first one dies.

This is the main reason I'm believing the mason claims. It would be suicide to say there's only 1 mason with the second one right there with the ability to sink both of them the moment they go through with the claim.

I have it ordered like this mainly because of the FingerSplints analysis that was her talking about TSP always being wolfy to her, which I feel spews him town off of her having a "no accountability" misyeet available where she has an excuse as to why TSP wouldn't be correctly read by her.

Utilitarianism time. Since no one has countered the DDL-Falcon masonry claim by stating they were masons with NAA, I have to go all-in on a DDL-Falcon masonry to generate the clearest path to victory.

Let me throw another nugget into the mix. If I’ve come across like a bumbling idiot this game, it’s because I am. This game’s OP asserts that there are at least five vanilla townies. We’ve already lost four:

-Gavial
-sig
-Dolby
-DrWilgy

I am vanilla town as well.

Here’s the fun part- Fingersplints was a one-shot baddie roleblocker. This implies that there is a role in the game that she can block. Masons don’t seem to apply. This means that at least one town power role still exists inside the POE of Lime Coke, Nanook, sprityo, and Tony.

There has to be at least one town power role left or else the host indirectly lied to splints through her role card by making her believe her role could impact the game. I mean sure, this game may have featured a partnerless mason, but a blocker with no one to block? Hardly “Normal” if you ask me.

So we assume there to be a power role in the mix. Do not claim! Right now, the mafia have to kill outside the POE to keep their chance at winning viable. Worst case scenario- we mischop that town power role and have LYLO tomorrow. Best case scenario- we chop baddie #2 and the last baddie is forced to kill outside of the remaining POE or else make the game an auto-win for town.

This is the way.

Not a particularly hard claim to fake if nook scum, but not hard at all to believe in if he is town. So his claim is whatever.

It does change the chessboard a bit though, because if nook is town and we don't yeet him today, mafia really has to shoot him next or they risk giving us extra days. So leaving a JK Nook alive puts extra strain on the mafia and makes our next day more comfortable.

All that is, if nook is town. If hes maf, and we don't shoot him, the other scum is harder to hit.

I'm leaning on killing tsp over him and the other options, though.

At least the mason has a mechanical effect. Seems like a clever way to nerf the role.

Yours is just a more complicated role for the sake of complication.

The only benefit for the setup I see is hiding the fact theres no townies to block.
