Vivax is almost a Townread because I think he’s held his own making reads on people he doesn’t know and is making some (I think) baldly wrong reads but messy is good. I’ve never played with him, so I’m cautiously guarded, but like his input so far.

One thing I’m I observing is people (including me, mea culpa), really have forgotten or don’t know some stuff about playing role madness games.

Some thoughts:

There are ways to solve low posters without thread pressure. Not saying pressure is bad, but it doesn’t live alone as a solving tool.

People do drop subtle role hints. What seems off topic or bantery, isn’t always.

There are good reasons for civs to withhold stuff. Skirting pressure on particular things might be role protection. Not providing a tonne of content might be role protection.

Voting for Golden the Coward for poopooing on my attempts to sort out game mechanics to the civvies’ advantage. He’s also high post-count, which gives us lots to chew on, right or wrong. I am also no fan of movable votes. There's too much scope for last minute manipulation and it gives an advantage to people who happen to be around when the poll ends, which is not possible for everyone. As others have pointed out, it ruins vote order analysis, which is often very useful.

G-Man voting for Golden makes no sensee to me, as I totally agree with Golden's point that you shouldn't base your gameplay on assumptions about mechanics that may or may not happen in the future.

Sloonei came out of the gate with "sig is obviously mafia" very early on. Sig voted for Sloonei. When Sloonei was leading the lynch poll, sig moved his vote away from Sloonei.

Could we be seeing some brazen media teammates that call each other out early on Day 1? If so, I have to applaud that move.

My "sig is obviously mafia" post at the start of this day was 100% unserious and a reference to a long-standing meme about sig always being the default easy-suspect option in every game that he plays. I have not had any suspicion against him at any point in this game.
